Not only did he keep us in the game when his teammates in front of him failed but he also stayed calm thoughout the game and distributed the ball brilliantly, something that you ABOLUTELY NEED from your GK in a high-tempo game like this. In the beginning of last season, Matz Sels, the former goalkeeper of AA Gent. Was a disaster in passing the ball and at the end of the season he was almost the best Belgian goalkeeper I have ever seen in footballing skills. You didn't quote the whole part. I said in footballing skills ;). But if Sels got a fair chance to get used to Newcastle, most fans would see he is far too good for their club.
