Crouch looks so dangerous, Ashley Cole heads behind for a Liverpool corner. Lucas' corner results in open play - cleared by Lampard. Carvalho stabs it away on the volley. Kuyt is offside for Liverpool.

Throw to Chelsea after Skrtel clears. Taken by Juliano Belletti but in true Chelsea style, the ball is given away. Malouda defends well and launches a low ball, but it is cleared to Gerrard whose pass is straight behind for a goalkick. An error-strewn match.

Ridiculous foul by Alex, yellow card. This game is spicing up. Carvalho to Ashley Cole. We need some thrust from somewhere. Ballack chests it down but its cleared by Finnan. Come on, we only need ONE chance! We seem to be the better team these last few minutes, we need a goal from somewhere. Belletti's corner comes off Alex but its cleared AGAIN. Ball is back with Ricardo.

9 wins in our last 10, possibly 11, games is pretty good in my opinion. Difficult to see a goal from either team at the moment, but we really do need to win. One lapse in concentration by other defence can be the winning goal.

Pennant heads wide, Belletti was beaten too easily IMO.
