The situation is unreal.

The media are hackleing AVB all the time, in order to get him sacked, blowing every bit the fella says out of porportion.

When he ultimatly sacked they won´t go home and rest, no, they will go on and report about the 'inconsistency' at Chelsea, and how AVB wasn´t such a bad guy afterall, trying to establish something at Chelsea which was deemed to be a long term project.

Then there is this hack, let´s call him Djossé Mu. who only has to say the words 'England' 'return' 'someday' and AVB is obviously under fire by the media instead of asking the man J.M. further questions or do reports on his claims and aims.

Long story ,that everyone knew before anyway, short:

The media creates it´s own stories when there isn´t real news to report and stories to cover.

It.is.pathetic.

And tragic.

Hopefully the board and AVB sit somewhere tight and talk football and not about this nonsense that we on twitter relying fans have to take apart word by word, day by day.

A player wont be unhappy if he realizes he is on the bench because there is a so much better guy on the pitch, what make a player really unhappy (dont know if you play real football) is when you realize there is a useless player on the pitch while you are watching the game. Lampard is pissed not because he is on the bench, but because Meireles is playing while he is not, despite being our league top scorer.

I'm sure Lampard would be ok if he was not playing so many matches while our midfielder was on fire, playing a really good football. But seriously @Terry07, Lampard is a smart 33 years old player used to big matches, AVB is a 33 years old guy that never played professional football in his third year as "manager". I'm not sure AVB knows more about football than Lampard, are you sure about that?

The thing is, it's not like Lampard's playing great either, he's just marginally playing better than Raul (in my opinion).

Also why should Lampard dictate or argue with the manager because he 'thinks' he's better than another player, that is not only disrespectful to the manager but also to the other player.

All im trying to say is that no player is bigger than the manger, and certainly not the club... if they want to play more than they can leave. Simple as that.

He is, you're quite right.

But sometimes your pride gets in the way, looking in from the outside is simple, we know Lampard is declining in form (mostly because of his age) but he may not think that, it doesn't matter how 'smart' you are, or in this case 'educated' most people are oblivious to their own faults.

It's hard to judge who knows more about Football, maybe Lampard knows more about the physical side, and AVB knows more about the managerial side.

But obviously you and i don't know that for sure, how could we? it's not like we know them personally.

I think AVB is still a very young unpolished manager and I think he needs to go to a mid sized team where he'll gain experience. He's not good enough yet to manage a big side, his man management skills are school boy at best. His management skills are that terrible he has managed to create a clear divide in our squad between the Portuguese speaking contingent and a few of the rest, I think the Africans are generally neutral. I know he's got terrible players at his disposal but his tactics have cost us so many points, the high line has costs us a lot of goals where players have just made a forward run and caught us napping.

I'm genuinely worried about AVB now. The Jose news doesn't mean jack squat but there are a lot of reports saying the same thing - that AVB is fighting a losing battle and that he's going to get the sack in the next few weeks. Been trying not to take it seriously but can't help it.

Like I said earlier, I wish AVB had kept his mouth shut regarding the management...Saying things like "the management has culture of sacking coaches" (still true btw) won't go down well. He should refrain from commenting on aspects like these in public. Its all too similar to Carlo's situation last season..

I really hope this month can work wonders with our form, and help usurp Napoli.

Well it looks like Mourinho is coming back to Chelsea.

I am not a big fan of the man, but if sacking AVB to get Mourinho for a decade I am down!

I am tired of all this managerial merry go around, so Roman must have done some major confession of his sin to ask Mourinho to come back. With Mourinho back, Roman will not object to give him all the power to do whatever he wants.

So with Mourinho back in the team, all I can say is that I pray that Mourinho uses more youth, and spend wisely cause we can't do what he did when he first came to Chelsea. A blank check is no longer available under the new financial rules.

It will be just too much for me. I know its sounds over dramatic, but if i know myself im pretty much sure that the club will be

slightly less important for me in the near future after Boas will get sacked (if he will). And i know its only Abramovich's decision,

but he's running the club right now so you cant separate the two...

This is why if AVB gets sack Roman has no one else to turn to but Mourinho.

If Roman is going to do this, it should be already done. Mourinho to take over in the summer.

AVB was the last candidate Roman had to rebuild his team, but if he can't take such a gamble then he will have to get Mourinho.

And all fans in the world that have felt like Chelsea is a big circus will love the team again, and top players would want to come to Chelsea because of a great manager building a new project.

So those are the 2 choice. Keep AVB or sack AVB to get Mourinho. I don't see no other scenario unless Roman is more foolish then I think he is.....
