He's taking no prisoners and he's telling players to either perform ( like Torres) or get out of the team. I like this type of management and he's been ruthless with Lampard too ! I hope Roman backs AvB 100%, because this is the kind of disclipline we need in tough times, someone who is willing to drop players that are playing shit, and get rid of those who show an overwhelming amount of disregard towards himself and the coaching staff. We also understand that its not just the managers fault, but the players too, a lot of the time there are clear half-assed efforts & lack of commitment. This is still the the old Mourinho engine (but rusty). AVB is trying to replenish the squad - I think we can only truly assess him after the summer/opening of next season.
