Carlo's way was refreshing - a gentleman of a man who I will always love and appreciate.

But I love AVB's approach all the same. He's learning well from Mourinho and Ferguson; the world's greatest managers speak their minds which is exactly why I am backing everything AVB says. Some of his opinions are lost in translation but when he gets to the point, he's dead right. Referees have it in for us at the moment - I am not sure why, but we certainly seem to be getting punished for innocuous challenges and picking up silly bookings where other times are getting away with things. Some consistency in decision-making would be nice!
