I doubt it, considering UPC Ireland took Chelsea TV off the line-up last year.

Dunno about that stuff, but chelsea tv is free from tomorrow 10am until the end of weekend.

Go to our website, then at the top click on CTVO, then CTV Live, pick free weekend and click continue. Rest will be easy from there, just follow instructions.
