Milan let KPB go to Schalke because there are rumours they will bring Kaka back from Madrid. Kaka said after last night's game against La Coruna his time in Madrid it's over and he wants to leave. He already talked with Madrid's officials and with Ancelotti and informed them about his decision. Adriano Galianni said last night something like "he has always been in our hearts, we'll see if a move will be possible.". So, Kaka will end up in Milan I think.

I will not be surprised if Mou will start a 4-3-3 formation with Rambo, Mikel and Essien as midfielders or a 4-2-3-1 formation with Mikel and Essien as defensive midfielders and Rambo on the right wing, Eden on the left wing and Mata as our playmaker.

Yes, you are right, he was sentenced to three years in prison for "kidnapping". This is a file dating back in 2009 when some guys stole his car... He and his bodyguards found this guys and, instead taking them to the police, he decided to "interrogate" the thieves by himself, and his gorillas (bodyguards)... and you are smart enough to realize what happened to those thieves during the interrogatory He tried to run in Isarel when he heard he'll be sentenced, but police caught him at the airport. But this is just one of the many lawsuits he is involved in. He is investigated for bribery and any other tons of misdoings. Steaua's owner is a shady guy around here, maybe you've read about him. He is one of the most powerfull guy in Romania, but not because of being smart or things like that. He is rich and people fear him. He was involved in lots of shady business over the years. He is a typical "dubious" guy in Eastern Europe. He built thousands of houses for the poor people and he built churches too, lots of churches, but if you ask me he built this houses and churches just to launder his money. And I'm not the only one who thinks this. So, he won't be talking soon He's just started his sentence and there's quite a long time untill he'll get out of jail. And the sentence could be extended if the judges will find him guilty in the other cases he is involved in.

Hope he'll be the only Steaua fan posting here... although I'm waiting for more to find out about this forum and post here things like "we already beat you one time, we'll do it once again and finish 1st in this group" and BS like that... I live among them and I know how they behave. There are already thousands of people in Romania posting online about Steaua finishing 1st in this Group E. They consider themselves lucky they have drawn Chelsea, Schalke and Basel. There is a real madness here, everybody talks about Steaua qualifying with a minimum of 10-12 points... Insane things happening I must say. Even their coach said he can't think of anything else than three wins out of three at home... They hope the last match against Chelsea in London will decide the 1st place in this group. I'm living in a country in wich they were shitting in their pants after the 1st play-off game against Legia and now they think they got a lucky draw and they can reach QF in Champions League. As I said, thousands of people are posting online and they are celebrating this draw as if they've won the lottery...

Chelsea is coming to town! 12 points after Basel and Steaua. We should not have problems with Schalke at Stamford Bridge. As for Steaua - I'm glad we're playing against them so I can get to see the boys once again. I'm also glad we're playing 1st away game in Bucharest. National Arena is not a friendly ground to visit. 55.000 fans are in the stands when Steaua is playing here and if you are not fully focused, it might turn bad for you. This is why I'm happy we're playing our 1st away game here - Chelsea will be fully motivated for the 2nd win in this group and should not have many problems taking three points. Steaua's best players in the last season left the team: Rusescu for Sevilla and Chiriches for Tottenham. There are signs Marica (ex Schalke) will sign for Steaua in the next few days and some other players will come, too, but nothing special... The only concern should be the "hot" atmosphere in the stands. They've managed to get here after games against Vardar Skopje, Dinamo Tbilisi and Legia Warsaw. Games against Legia both ended in a draw, 1-1 in Bucharest and 2-2 in Warsaw. Overall, Steaua wasn't better than Legia, but they've managed to score two away and this is why they ended up here. Legia also had some disallowed goals through this leg.

He was at the training ground yesterday and said goodbye to his Porto teammates. He'll fly to London for a medical. "Há alguns pormenores que os clubes ainda estão a resolver, mas creio que nas próximas horas tudo será oficializado". Tony Appiah, his agent "There are some details yet to be resolved by the two clubs, but everything will be official in the next few hours."

Sorry for the off-topic guys, but is there someone who knows where the guys (Chelsea squad) will be staying in Prague? In wich hotel?

steaua for me, so I can meet to boys once again in Bucharest and visit Stamford Bridge for the 2nd time. Chelsea, CSKA/Marseille, Basel/Ajax, Steaua

The official website of The National Union of Cameroonian footballers announced Chelsea have signed Samuel Eto'o. Bring back the good old days when Robben and Duff were Chelsea's wingers. I'm so happy we've signed Willian. Please, Jose, do us a favour and start Mata along this two wizards! Hazard - Mata - Willian. Now we're talking business!
-
Sevilla have announced he won't be playing for them anymore. He's going to Monaco for €20mil. What a shame... Chelsea should have sold Mikel and sign this guy instead.

Well, Renascença is reporting Jackson Martinez's agent is right now in Porto discussing a new contract for his client. They say they are on the verge of closing a new deal that will keep the colombian in Porto until 2018, with a new €60mil release clause. Deal to be anounced in few hours, they say. Was Jose alerted by this new release clause and wants to wrap up the deal quickly so he won't face another "Cavani story" next summer?
-
I'd rather spend that money signing Eto'o and Witsel/Mangala.
-
He said that on Sky Sports. I saw that, too, but the interview on Al Jazeera is more "generous". The next two days are decisive I suppose, although I think he'll stay at United. As Jose said, after a summer full o gossips about him wanting to live, I was thinking some of United fans will "boo" him, but the reception he has got tonight was unbelievable. The only think that might upset him is his role in the team - he played once again in behind Robin van Persie and we all know he's not comfortable there. He was more of a playmaker tonight, his work rate was phenomenal, but this is not what he wants. He hunts for RVP position and we might have the upper hand in that prospect, with Jose waiting for him to be Chelsea's center forward.

with all due respect to some(!) members of this community, but you guys should watch a little bit more football... i see people wondering "where he'll be playing since we have Oscar, Schurrle, De Bruyne already", "why we spend this kind of money since we have tons of attacking midfielders", and so on. cmon guys, are you serious?.... first of all - with all due respect to our players, but Willian is way better than Oscar, Schurrle, Moses and KDB. The question should be: "where will KDB and Oscar be playing if Willian signs?". second of all - open you eyes guys! Chelsea do have real problems on the right wing! There is a dead end there, we are unable to create something on the right wing, there isn't a top class right winger in our team. When Hazard's game isn't working, we're dead on the wings. Villa game proved this. Moses is a natural RW, but he's only a decent player, Oscar is shit on the RW, KDB played there but he is more of a playmaker. Willian will just fill that gap. And I repeat myself - there are guys here talking about where he'll be playing... he'll be a starter for sure because he is way better than Oscar and KDB. I know you love this two guys and I like them, too, but Willian is from another league. Believe me when I tell you. This guy's a wizard, I've been watching him since his first days in Europe. Hazard-Mata-Willian will tear apart every defence in EPL. So much pace, so much creativity, two wizards on the wings. We can't wait for Hazard to be the only winger in every match, we need someone else, too, to step up when Eden will be having a bad game. Stop favouring Oscar and KDB and be realistic - we need Willian, we need a guy like him on the right wing.

if only we'd sign Rooney now and Roman with a last minute gift to Mourinho would get Witsel from his russian friends rooney eden mata willian witsel rami :sweating: :sweating: :sweating: :sweating:

Jose had his 1st press conference when the Cavani saga was at its "boiling point" and not a fucking single journalist asked him about Cavani... I wouldn't be surprised if no journalist won't ask him about Willian.
-
touché!!! unlike most of you guys, I have never been impressed by Oscar. He might be a talented lad with lots of potential to develop into one of the best attacking mids in this football game, but he's just simply not the type of player I enjoy watching. My point is - although this team has tons of attacking mids, there is a spot that needs to be filled, and that's the RW. Moses is the only natural player that can play there. And maybe KDB, but he is more of an AMC. That's why I think, and Jose thinks, too (if the rumours are true), that Willian can fill in that spot. You can say what you want about the transfer fee, or his wages, or his hair, but you simply can't say he isn't a top class footballer. I've watched this lad week in, week out since his arrival in Europe (every Shakhtar's game is broadcasted live in Romania because Lucescu is coaching them) and he is a beast. Dribbling, first touch, passing, technique, creativity, pace = Level World Class. He can play as a LW, AMC and RW, too. You can't say he is a LW, or an AMC, just because now he's a RW, in 10 minutes he'll be on the left wing, then in the center and so on. He is a versatile player. Since his arrival in Anzhi, he has player more on the right wing for them, and also in the center, as a playmaker. We wouldn't just sign a world class footballer, but we would also sign a guy with personality, a leader. The game against Villa showed we desperately need a guy on the right wing. Except Hazard, there wasn't anyone else that can create something out of nowhere. Chelsea simply didn't hurt Villa on the wings, especially on the right wing. I can only imagine: Hazard <------> Mata <------> Willian one of the most dynamic line of attacking midfielders in modern football. And one more thing: Rooney = £40mil transfer fee + £15-16mil per year wages Willian + Eto'o = £32mil + £4-5mil transfer fee and £4-5mil per year + £8-9mil per year wages I'm an avid fan of Rooney and I'd love him playing for Chelsea, but if he won't end up here, I'd stick with Willian and Eto'o.

Heard Arteta will be missing for around two months with an injury. I think Luiz Gustavo will fill the spaniard's spot.
-
Italian magazine "Panorama" had an exclussive interview yesterday with Samuel's agent and, among other things, he said clubs interested in his player will pay no money to Anzhi as Eto'o has an agreement with Kerimov, Anzhi's owner, and he (Kerimov) promised Samuel he won't ask for any money. He'll be free to leave once he agrees terms with other clubs.

Actually, the lady refers to Abdou Razack Traore, number "21", the guy who scored the 2nd goal for Burkina Faso.
-
But not Di Marzio... Gianluca Di Marzio, Gianni's son, the only guy I trust when it comes to rumours coming from Italy. Unlike other journalists such as Palmeri, his sources are solid. Best mercato journalist in Italy w/o a doubt.

Well, I think Chelsea's priority should be Wayne Rooney and Jose stated this firmly, but if Rooney won't come here, I think Sami should be the right man in front of goal. I must admit he is one of my all time favourite strikers and he might be a bit past his prime, but he isn't done and dusted, guys... Some of you think of being 32-33 in football is like being 50 or 60... It isn't like that. This 32-year-old Eto'o is three times better than the actual Torres. His tank isn't empty yet and if Jose calls him, I think he can deliver a hell of a season. He is at least one big season (this season) left in his career. He's been on a paid holiday in Russia for the past two years, but I'd love to see him back in action for a big team. Just remember Eto'o before joining Anzhi - b2b trebles with Barcelona and Inter Milano, three times Uefa Champions League winner, participated in two or three World Cups, four or five African Nations tournaments, too. He scored for fun while he was in Barcelona and Inter. He is maybe the best African player of all time. Massive player, his experience is huge. Even though he's won a lots of trophies and awards, he still wants more. This type of players are always hungry for more. There are signs Eto'o wants a last big challenge. I mean, he could go to USA or some team in Saudi Arabia or Qatar where he would earn €20-25m a year, but from what I've read in the last few days, he wants another big challenge. Inter already enquired about him, Napoli wants him and he is keen to be playing at the highest level again. There were some speculation linking him with a move in the United States, but he denied them. From what I've read in the russian media (hope my translate tool worked fine), he is also eager to reduce his wages drastically, but wants a three-year contract. Also the guy that owns Anzhi promised Eto'o he won't ask for a big price. Some reports say the price tag would be around €6-7m and some other reports say the owner would be willing to let him for free. As I said, Chelsea should try anything to sign Rooney, but if United won't let him go, I'd love to see Eto'o at Chelsea. He is fit (he has had the pre-season with Anzhi and Russian championship already started), he is still a great striker, his experience would help guys like Lukaku, Oscar, De Bruyne, Hazard, Marco van Ginkel and I'm sure he would help Chelsea achieve big things this season. I don't care about wages, I am not the one who will be paying him. Roman has enough money to buy my entire country, so I don't care if Eto'o will be on a €40m a year contract or a €12m a year one. Don't get me wrong here - I would like Rooney as our main strikers this season, but I simply can't see United letting him go. In case he is not coming, I'd love having a 32-year-old experienced beast of a striker like Eto'o over Torres, Lukaku and Demba Ba.

I'd go with: I prefer Ramires over Mikel and Marco van Ginkel because of his work rate and because he can provide much more than this two. He is a better dribbler, a better finisher and overall I'm more impressed by him. I don't think Mikel has all the qualities to be a starter under Mourinho and van Ginkel is a talented player I admire so much, but I think he needs some time to adapt to playing in EPL before breaking into the first 11. I chose Lamps over Essien and maybe van Ginkel, too, because I don't buy that shit with that "age factor". He might be close to his last year/years as a footballer, but you know what they say - class is permanent! If we want to challenge for the most important trophies, we can't lose our identity and JT, Lamps, Cech, Cole, Ivanovic can't be missing from the 1st team. And Mourinho isn't buying that "age factor" bullshit, too. Remember his Inter team, especially the back line - Cordoba, Zanetti, Samuel, Materazzi, Lucio - all over 32, 33 years old. Mourinho builds his teams using experience and players attached to the club and this is why I see Lamps, JT, Cech, Cole and Ivanovic into the first 11. And to be honest, I will always prefer a 35yo Lampard over Mikel, Essien and van Ginkel. Now the last one of the three midfielders - Oscar or Kevin De Bruyne. Similar players, big big talents, I enjoy watching both of them. Mourinho's choice this one, but I can't see both of them playing from the 1st minute. Eden on the left wing, no doubt about that. Now Mata as a right winger. Mourinho said something about Mata moving on the wing. Hope we'll see him there in the next season. He started his football career as a LW/RW and played as a winger in Valencia, too. He moved to the center and became a playmaker only when David Silva left Valencia for City. He delivered some great performances as a winger in his Valencia days and I really hope he'll move on the right wing. Upfront - hope we sign Rooney. If not, I prefer Lukaku over Torres and Demba Ba.
