More likely for him to start against the likes of Ledley, Dikgacoi and Jedinak than Verratti, Motta and Matuidi. Tricky game this one, hate Tony Pulis' sides. Should be a win, but you never know. Just don't fuck this up, I'm pretty sure Chelsea won't get any help from Arsenal or Tottenham. ------------- Torres ------------- - Hazard -- Oscar -- Willian - ------ Matic --- Lampard ------ - Azpi - JT - Cahill - Ivanovic - ------------- Cech -------------

Three years is the limit that you can loan a player unless he extends his contract with Chelsea. If I were him I'd extend my contract here and go to Atletico for another one or two seasons. Then come back at 23 and be Chelsea's no. 1 for at least 10 years. Simple as that. Only if those guys around him would think like that...
-
It's his both knees now, from what I know. He's had the same injury in his River days, back in 2006, or 2007. Right knee, torn ACL, surgery, 8 months away from the pitch. One of my favourite strikers, I would have taken him in a hartbeat two seasons ago. Now he's just a big gamble.
-
Can't say I've watched him that much, only posted this because of some guys here talking about him. Matic - Luiz works just fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Oh God, Rakitic with a superb flick to set up Sevilla's second goal. Sick!
-
Long shot, tap-in, PK, FK, you name it. The guy just can't stop scoring.

They still have to play this man

lol at Lee Probert... De Guzman with a clear goalscoring opportunity and he blows the final whistle.

I don't mean no disrespect, but you've taken this out of context. Just have a look at the posts before and you'll figure it out. It was meant for your buddy who was bragging about that Quarter-final against Barcelona, Paris having the best players in the world and all this shit. And do I need to explain once again this "English team/English fans" thing? Only a guy like you, who supports a team with a National reputation, can think like that. Football is a universal language, Chelsea is supported all over the world, I don't really see what's wrong being a Romanian/German/Chilean fan supporting an English based club... Don't want to get involved in a useless discussion, but right now, Chelsea FC is far away from Paris in terms of world recognition. And if you are really interested in why I don't support any club in Romania (and there are millions like me here) it is because you can't call yourself a football fan/human being and support a corupt to the bone football. There ain't no football here, it's all about fixing games, mafia controlling everything, politicians filling their accounts, a rotten football system, poor footballers, a very poor national team, no youth system, every 17-18 years old "footballer" in this country only thinks about fancy cars, what broad to fuck next, what's the newest hairstyle and I can go like that all day long. Things have changed a bit in the last months as all the big sharks have been imprisoned. After years of investigations, the big sharks were all sentenced to prison. And when I talk about sharks, I talk about the most important people in Romanian football and some of the most influential Romanians. This are Steaua Bucharest's owner, Becali, Steaua's general manager, Stoica, ex-Barcelona captain, Gica Popescu, ex-Dinamo owner, Borcea, ex-Rapid owner, Copos and the two most influential agents in this country, Becali brothers (Chivu's agents, Chiriches, Stefan Radu and all the other important Romanian players). They have all been sentenced to at least three years in jail. There were others too, but they are not that influential. I can write an essay to you about the corruption here, but I think you now know why a level-headed Romanian won't watch a single game in this league.

Do English people have special eyes or what? We pretty much watch the same football game, read the same news, watch the same interviews, we even watch the same TV station (Sky Sports/BT Sport), even though we are foreigners. The passion is the same all around the world, the only difference is that they have the chance to go to matches more often than us, the foreigners. Or is the fact that you need a degree in football to make the difference between Chelsea and Paris? Or EPL and Ligue 1? IIRC, every single fan here on this forum said the chances are pretty much equal, with a slight advantage for Chelsea because of some factors - Chelsea's experience in this competition, Jose Mourinho, 2nd leg in London and last but not least, the fact that this will be the biggest test for Paris this season. I agree this Paris team has some world-class players in it and they deserve the 1st place in the League 1 standings, but is the opposition we're talking about here on this forum. Chelsea has had games against City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Everton, United this season, while Paris has played against Mickey Mouse and Tooth Fairy. That's why no one on this forum is impressed about Paris yet. We haven't really seen what they are capable of. You feel me? This team has kept a clean sheet at the Etihad against a monster of a team, hasn't conceded a single goal against Tottenham and Arsenal in four matches this season, Terry and Cahill are rock solid, Hazard is playing better and better by every game. Why wouldn't we be confident about this leg? The only thing is that people are not impressed by your side winning against second hand teams. City used to put five or six past every team that visited the Etihad. Still, they couldn't score against Chelsea... It's all about the big games mate, and Paris hasn't had many this season...

I think I'd behave the same if I'd watch my team troll the likes of Evian, Ajaccio and Sochaux week-in, week-out. Brainwashing: level Qatar. Thank God I'm not following that Mickey Mouse league.

Hate giving you bad news, but he'll play afterall. It's the same knock Ramires picked up against Galatasaray. Thiago Silva will wear a mask too. Hope Jose won't force Eto'o in the first game. Let that muscle heal properly. It would be a blow losing Eto'o for the most important part of this season.

Turkish fans in disguise the Galatasaray fans would say

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1oXYcptrx4 Also here, in the first five minutes of the interview he keep saying "Hazard, Hazard, Hazard, Hazard". What is he saying about Eden? Is it something about the way he is training or what? Can't understand. Where are the belgians when you need them the most?

Mostly, he talks about Guardiola being a coward and that he never had the courage to talk to him face-to-face. He said Guardiola was a decent player, not a great one. Talks about some pre-season games in the US where Guardiola left him on the bench with minutes before the game (I think) and about Guardiola being the reason he left Barcelona. He also recalls that moment when the two of them met again (when Eto'o was playing for Inter) - Guardiola saw him in the tunnel, before the game and said nothing to him, treated him like a stranger, and then after the game, when the cameras where on Guardiola, he came to Eto'o and shook his hand. Love that picture where Guardiola shakes Etoo's hand and Henry has a smile on his face. Hilarious Eto'o also said to the BeIN presenter: "Look at Henry's face!" Also something about Yaya Toure hating Guardiola too (I think) My french is poor and a translation would be welcomed though.

Just have a five minute chat with a Romanian Liverpool fan. Or a Real Madrid one. You would not ask me this question again The thing is I can't stand a guy that's not man enough and can't accept he is living in 2014. Everytime you talk to a Liverpool and a Real Madrid fan you keep hearing about the '70s, the '80s, the '90s. It's like you wanting to take the plaudits for what your father did, or your grandfather. You feel me? Can't stand this deluded fans. I know guys that haven't seen Liverpool or Real Madrid winning a major trophy and consider themselves loyal fans. Still, when you ask them why they support those teams, they reply to you it's because of the big team reputations, all those trophies etc. even though they haven't seen their team winning one of those trophies. And they are all the same. Smells a big like plastic fans, isn't it? Oh, wait, those are the Chelsea fans, who have actually seen Chelsea winning some big time trophies...
-
I don't give a fuck about Barcelona, but I'm glad the game ended like that. There are two teams in this world that I hate - Liverpool and Madrid. Fuck Madrid, fuck their deluded fans, fuck Cristiano and all the teams in that league full of moaning pussies. Actually the ref had a pretty decent game, bar that penalty awarded to Madrid. Cristiano was fouled outside the box. The other two were clear penalties, Ramos trips Neymar (watch the leg, not the hand!) and Xabi had nothing to do with the ball there.

You got it wrong there on your "Video Games" forum (lol). Hell mate, I don't even know if we're talking to proper Paris fans or a bunch of kids playing Starcraft and World of Orcs or how the fuck is that game called. No one here doubts Paris' ability, is the opposition we're talking about. While you are playing Evian, Ajaccio, Guingamp, Lyon and some other shitty teams week-in, week-out, Chelsea is playing the likes of City, Newcastle, Everton, Tottenham. You feel me? I mean, you can't finish 2nd if you're the only one racing, you know. Paris only had to play two decent games this season, against a newly promoted Monaco. And guess what? Both games ended in a draw... Other than that it was friendly games against shitty teams. I mean, you can't assess a team's level based on some games against second hand teams. Yes, Paris has some great players in it's team, but I just have a feeling this leg will be such a big reality check for you And this sums it up I guess. Comparing Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry and Azpilicueta to Alex, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva and Van Der Wiel is just one of the biggest insults to this sport. Shocking. As a reminder: Paris' defence has allowed 18 goals this season in a second-hand league, while Chelsea, playing in the highest rated league in the world, against the likes of City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton has allowed 23 goals. Yep, compared to Thiago Silva, Alex, Marquinhos, Van Der Wiel not that brilliant........

Some days ago I was screaming out loud for a new CM to partner Matic, but I changed my mind after seeing David Luiz today. These two guys have had a great game and I think we've found the right partner for Matic. Jose only needs to let go of his ego (Luiz in midfield was Rafa's idea) and start playing him there on a regular basis. He can pass, he can defend, he can tackle, he can go forward, he can shoot, he is a great update to Ramires and the best thing about this is that you can fill that spot for free, you don't have to worry about having to spend another €40-50M for a new midfielder.

Chelsea demolishes Arsenal, Liverpool scores six, City scores five, Rooney with a worldie. "English people think their league is the best..." said the Ligue 1 followers.
-
Now Mourinho needs to give Eto'o a one-year extension, that's what he needs to do. And send Torres to Russian league or the MLS, far far away from this team.
