Any person who questions Jose's loyalty should remember that. He is willing to put himself in the firing line, rather then the team. Rather that bites him in the ass or not, i doubt will be a factor - but i think Roman has finally come to the knowledge we need someone longer then a season, hence Jose's return. He clearly has a heart for this club, and once the team responds to that - we will be stronger.

I want to add, that we have a manager who is willing to put his own neck on the line, rather then the players. That itself is an amazing achievement in terms of the reaction of the players - when a manager is willing to accept mistakes rather then put down to the teams performances. I will love Jose for that.

Needs to have time to stamp his mark. We all know that when he does it will be different to now, guess you can say this is a 'transitional' season ( ), but he should be the manager being given the time to turn us around - not Roberto or Rafa - but the Special One.

Needs to be a more consistent rotation between the attacking midfeilders, as well as with Lamps, so that we can fresh legs and more open minds to games. Cant always field the same teams, or marginally the same with few changes, and expect to flourish all the time. Schurrle, Kevin, Oscar, Willian, Mata and Hazard, might even relish that.

He have us the 'holy grail' in a time which could have been with disaster or good-willing. The knowledge which he has within managerial experience withheld us, but will prospect him to a more respectful career. I will always respect Roberto to over-coming the odds to gain what we have eluded with the Jose year foreword, but was never going to succeed due to the fact of lack of experience. Maybe one day he gain regain the same light he had, but he is always iconic to this football club - as a player, and as a part-time manager.
