Who else thinks Sky tv is the biggest waste of money ever ? I live on my own and since i have experienced paying my own bills i have come to the decision not to renew my sky contract. The Sky bill is the most irritating bill you can receive especially if you hardly watch TV like me and the only time i do is when i watch the odd documentary or the news and Chelsea on Sky Sports. 50 odd pound a month which is just horrendous, the vast majority of people only watch a few channels on Sky and the rest is just rubbish.

LOLZ give him time and we'll see Sam. He is only 18 years old he is still a very young player. He has hardly played and he didn't get much of a pre season. He has tools that we can work with, he can shoot with both feet he's fast he can out-muscle defenders he can head the ball well. He has a shit touch like Drogba his agility is terrible and that is down to him being overweight like Essien was when he joined, he should never in his life drift to the wing he should stick in the box. I want him to start games like Drogba did when he first arrived because i think this guy can give us something other then goals like Drogba did when we won the league. He can provide a distraction like Drogba did while opening space for players around him, we have one of the best young goal scorers in the world in Danny next to him.

Oh come on Sam we all know its a lot easier for a midfielder to settle then a striker at a top club. He'll get his chance when Drogger and Kalou are gone.... we'll see him them !

He should be taking a pay cut to play for this club, the Chelsea FC yacht parties are more then his salary at Bolton.

I don't know about this, i can see him getting skinned in the CL against a tricky forward. I can't see him playing alongside Terry because that would be suicide against a forward who can change direction really quickly. I would rather see us spend 15 million on Sakho from PSG that would be a much cheaper investment because of his ability right now and his leadership skills at the age of 21. Cahill is a huge risk, you can think these English defenders are really good until you see them completely out of depth against quality attackers like Mathew Upson against Germany in the world cup.

Sam there are big differences between Lukaku and Carlton Cole. Lukaku has scored goals in Europe against sides like Benfica and a double against Ajax. He has also scored against Russia's first team in international competition, he arrived at this club with plenty of first team games already under his belt. Carlton Cole was unlucky that he had one of the best finishers in Europe ahead of him in Jimmy ad he had Guddy who worked so well with Jimmy upfront and of course Zola off the bench.

That's probably one of the best posts i have seen on a Chelsea forum and I've been an active member since 2004. I agree with everything you have said, Andre needs time he has a shit squad and the only shining lights are the new players. Ramires, Mata, Sturridge, these are the players who are stopping us from detaching from a CL place at the moment. He needs to get rid of all the dead wood and he needs to get more fresh talented young players like the ones i have mentioned, he deserves at least that !

Bluelion that is a quality shout, i would not mind that for home games, Mata can play that CAM role with Sturridge's world class pace upfront. Lampard could not function in that system because he lacks agility behind the striker, Mata would be a very annoying player to play against in that role and i also think Ramires would love to play in the CM with Raul and Romeu holding.

Suarez is a superb striker but he can't finish and that is a fact. He has had the most shots in the league this season and he can't hit a barn door. He is a Zola type player but Zola was so much faster then him, i would say he equals Zola when it comes to skill. Sturridge is different, he is a lot more direct and he is a constant threat because of his ability to drive past a player or score half chances.

Put him in the penalty area and he will score goals.

This is really worrying me because i strongly believe that this is the wrong time to go through a transition period. All the teams including Spurs are getting better around us and we are the only team in decline even Arsenal are improving. We can't keep relying on Danny to score for us all the time, goals have to come from other sources. Mata is chipping in but we really lack goals and that's because of our stagnant midfield. Has anyone noticed that every time Ramires is not in the starting line up we look sluggish and we have o drive from the middle of the park ? If we sign a play-maker in January with a 23-26 year old seasoned striker then we will be ok. We lack creativity at the moment and Josh ain't even getting a look in, i know he has not played all season but it must be demorilizing for him because we have had this problem since the 1990's. Can anyone remind me of the last pure creative midfielder we have had in the last 20 years ? Deco does not count !

@Tommo there is not much we can say about Lucas Piazon, he'll never break through, he's just wasting his time at this club. The only foreign youngster i seen break through at this club was Robert Huth and that was only because he was a power house at such a young age.

@Warnie666 I have a lot of respect for India but India is still a country with huge problems. India has a population of 1 billion people and its GDP per capita ( average among Indians) is around 1,500 dollars, that is comparable with countries like Zambia. India has a large middle-upper class though but the living conditions of around 400 million in that country is shocking.

This is Torres's time to shine now as Droggers will be gone and he has that role to himself probably. I don't see how we are going to play Sturridge in the middle because he offers so much on a wide position because of his pace and yoof. I can see Mata being hell bent on trying to set him up but Danny almost certainly won't lol, he's a yoof on a mission to the Euro's.

I would offer him to Newcastle in exchange for Demba Ba, Mike Ashley is a long life Chelsea fan and we probably engineer this Demba Ba is quality you know !

The fact is this guy is shit and i have never in my life seen a striker recapture form after being this hopeless for this long. He's basically a similar situation to Kaka just a 2 season wonder.
