  2. This is the perfect time to blood ryan bertrand in, i really mean this its now or never he is 19 years old.
  3. I think its safe to say he will go on a run of goals now. Your right though when a manager does come in you do get a reaction. Wow i did not know that stat thats actually really good !
  4. Since hiddink has joined Chelsea drogba looks like he wants to die for the team. He is playing with fire in his belly like he did for mourinho. Why did scolari and avram get his lazy i dont care twin brother. Then hiddink and jose mourinho get the drogba who wins 90% of 50/50's and scores crucial goals. I really think scolari's man management was overrated, the media made you think he was something special.
  5. He will get one hell of a standing ovation when he returns. I like the way he does not talk to the media too much like some other people cough kalou drogba cough.
  6. Yes i hope john terry guides him like marcel did for him. I think its always good to have an english core in a premiership team.

  10. Ballack is the weak link at the moment he gives the ball away way to much.
  11. I cant wait to get his pace and drive in the midfield agian.
  12. Ballack does nothing for the team he is just a bad player i dont like the man.
  13. Micheal mancienne was brilliant he will come through for sure he is a brilliant defender.
  14. The nine-year old was on the bench as it collapsed on top of him... A nine-year old Atletico Madrid player has died after the dugout collapsed on him during a match last Saturday. Diego Alcala Rivero was sitting on the bench whilst his team were playing and suffered serious injuries after the incident. He was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Madrid with trauma to the skull but passed away this morning. The club released a statement today expressing their condolences and sadness at the incident. "We want to send our sincerest condolences to the relatives of Diego Alcala Rivero in the name of the rojiblanco family," it reads. "Atletico Madrid would like to thank the great level of support and affection received from all over Spain, both from clubs, institutions and privately." Miguel de las Cuevas also had a few words from the players at the club about how they want to win this Sunday for the youngster. "I wish to send our condolences to the family of Diego, the team is very hurt. The family has our support and we will see on Sunday if we can win for him. It is a day of mourning for all of us and we want to beat Barcelona for him," he said. Cross-town neighbours, Real Madrid, also sent a message to Atletico, along with a bouquet of flowers. "From all the board of directors and every fan we wish to send our condolences to the family of Diego Alcala Rivero," read the message. Local police will be investigating the death. 15. Chelsea forward Salomon Kalou has revealed he would welcome the opportunity to play for Arsenal. The 23-year-old has failed to nail down a regular starting berth this season but has benefited from Joe Cole's absence through injury by starting Guus Hiddink's first two games in charge. The Ivory Coast international has scored nine times in all competitions this term and set up striker Didier Drogba for the only goal of the game in the firsrt leg of their UEFA Champions League last 16 tie against Juventus at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday. But after his recent comments the former Feyenoord ace could find his place in jeopardy, especially after he responded favourably to reported interest from London rivals Arsenal. "Wenger said he thought of signing me? That's an honour for me, an honour," he told. "Because he is a very great coach and I know that every single player in the world dreams of playing for him. "I have a lot of respect for him, he is one of the best coaches in the world so why not? Friends "I am still under contract with Chelsea but of course I have plenty of friends who play for Arsenal in Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Eboue and Emmanuel Adebayor. "They are achieving huge things at Arsenal and watching them play is just beautiful." With just 12 starts to his name in the Premier League this campaign Kalou is aware of the challenge that he faces if he is to hold on to his first team place until the end of the season. "You are never guaranteed to be in the Chelsea starting XI," he added. "Every single player fights to earn his place, including me, and the coach is the one that has the final word. "At the present I'm happy at Chelsea and I hope that the things that I want to happen will happen. "I will think of my future once the season is over." https://www.skybet.com/secure/rbs?action=go...=1&aff=1572 Sky sports
