  13. Blues aim to keep Stoch Midfielder set to be offered new deal Stoch: Set for new contract offer Chelsea have offered a new deal to Miroslav Stoch, according to the midfielder's agent. Stoch is currently in the middle of a season-long loan deal with Dutch side FC Twente, but is still contracted to the Blues until the summer of 2011. Chelsea are keeping tabs on the Slovakian international's progress and his representative Milan Lednicky claims they would like him to agree an extension. Stoch, 20, is regarded as an exciting prospect for the future and Lednicky is relaxed about the whole situation. "It should be a long-term contract," he said on the player's official website. "However, it is of no importance to reveal more at the moment. The situation will be clearer some time during the spring." Flattered Stoch admits it is nice to know that Chelsea would be ready to offer him a new deal, although he would have a lot to think about before putting pen to paper. "It flatters me that Chelsea stay interested in my services," he said. "Which player would not be flattered? Chelsea are a top club. "We will surely discuss the offer with my agent and will consider this option. My priority is to play regularly."

  16. hes amazing. we have to get him before anyone comes in for him
  17. would love to see ballack and deco go and james milner and dzagoev/pjanic come in
  18. daniel sturridge is one of my favourite players already. hes good to watch. he injects more pace and skills into the team and ups the tempo. i agree he is more like anelka. he does need to improve his passing in my opinion
  19. i hope daniel sturridge keeps his place in the next round. he is the second top scorer in the competiton and if he scores in the next round and we get through to the semi-finals and to the final ,i believe it would be unfair not to start him.
