  1. Reading on he says the main reason he chose Chelsea was because of someone called Bob Orsborn who is a trainer. He goes on to say that the training was brilliant, so enjoyable. He just fell in love with the club. The interview is very interesting and asks him about what made him become a footballer, his first professional game, memorable game, etc... Captain Marvel his book may give more of an insight into about choosing between us and Man U. I haven't been able to get Captain Marvel as it's currently being reprinted i'm told, but I might get a copy of Amazon.
  2. Respect total respect is all I can say
  3. OK, i'm just reading his interview and it says that he spent a year between Chelsea and Man U deciding which one to sign for, but deep down he knew all along that he would choose Chelsea.
  4. I was flicking through a book called 'The Special Ones' by the Fans which is a Chelsea Book and in it gives interviews with players, amongst others JT and it asks the question who did you support as I child and he said Man U
  5. Yeah, well done to Joey, and yeah a shame that Essien didn't achieve a hat trick. Think we could have a scored a few more, but hey well done to all. Amazed at what's happened at Spurs. It just brings it all up as to what went wrong with our match against Wigan. That score must be an all time record?
  6. Very happy with that result. Good to see JT Playing and what a save by Cech. Another 3 points for us. Just heard that Man U are up 1-0 against Everton and that the scum drew in their match.
  7. Bosingwa is out too I think. The squad will be taken for tomorrow from the following Cech, Ivanovic, Carvalho, Terry, Alex, A Cole, Essien, J Cole, Anelka, Kalou, Borini, Matic, Kakuta, Hilario, Ferreira, Mikel Obi, Malouda. Fabio Borini, Nemanja Matic and Gael Kakuta are all expected to feature from the bench against Wolves. more at http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1229571/Chelsea-v-Wolves-Trio-Didier-Drogba-Frank-Lampard-Deco-sidelined.html
  8. Just looking at the last time we played them at home was in the 2003/2004 season. As BlueLion mentions below we beat them 5-2 in March 2004 at SB and we beat them 5-0 at the Molineux in September 2003 both Premier League matches. Prior to that the last time we met them was in the 1993/94 season when we beat them 1-0 at SB in the FA Cup. So I'm assuming that between 1993 and 2003 Wolves weren't in the Premier League then?

  11. I don't think it makes a difference now as he's been banned from the forum, but yeah I agree with everything you say. What a complete and utter moron.
  12. So what is your point that you're trying to get across?
  13. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make as I can only see the same reply that you keep posting
  14. What about Hutchinson from the first team, and also Borini and Bruma from the Reserves? I think Ancelotti needs to keep all his options open, particularly against Arsenal. You've posted this 3 times already.
  15. Well said Alex. what a waste of space he is eh?
  16. I don't know much about him, but I can see he was appreiciated by us when he was at Chelsea. Let's hope for a speedy recovery. According to Chelseafc.com Petr Cech visited him in hospital CECH: CUDICINI DOING WELL Petr Cech visited his good friend and former team-mate Carlo Cudicini in hospital yesterday (Thursday). Cudicini was involved in a road accident yesterday, sustaining broken wrists and an injury to his pelvis. Speaking on the first live video interview hosted on the official Chelsea website today, Cech said: 'It is very sad but sometimes life brings unfortunate situations. 'I went and saw Carlo yesterday in the hospital. He has always been a great character and you can see he is coping well with it. He is doing well and he will undergo some operations today to help him to be as fit as possible. 'I think that everybody should keep fingers crossed for him to get well soon.'
  17. :ballack: How can you say that Terry26 should not be in South Africa? This is her home, this is where she was born.
  18. What the fuck are you doing on here? I haven't been a Chelsea Supporter for very long and I am trying to learn as much as I can about the club and it's players. I find people like you very offensive. I have the uttermost respect for all players past and present. I would never say the sort of things that you have done. I think people have made their views known, you are not welcome on this forum.
  19. OK 3 weeks don't sound too bad, he'll miss Wolves, and Arsenal. I think he'll be OK for Apoel if the estimation that he'll be out for 3 weeks is correct. He jsut needs to rest.
  20. Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has received a two-match touchline ban for his comments about referee Alan Wiley's fitness.More at http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/8314326.stm Serves him right really.
  21. Fuck, this is all we need, hope it's not too serious.

  23. I read about this in the paper. It looks painful. I think she's been handed an indefinite ban.
