How the fuck he didn't win an Italian Cup with that Juventus side ? He's awful domestic cup manager, has to be said.

It's incredibly annoying. Not that City bought a very good player but because they bought the player Chelsea should buy. As it always is, our RW spot is priority number 1 but now even more so because of the lack of bodies, Chelsea have 3 players to play attacking midfielder, 3 (!!!), Hazard, Pedro and Willian, so yeah in normal circumstances we are going to buy another and now we have one less option. Maybe there's Alexis available but it's doubtful that he'll join us and then what, James Rodriguez ? I think he's the one capable and I'd be very glad with his transfer but there's major question mark if he's the right fit for Conte. I really don't have many more ideas, Ousmane Dembele but there're hardly any links. Another failed right winger in post-Kalou era to be tried and binned ? It's looming upon us. Post title implosion, resting on laurels, failed summer ? It's possible. And I'm pretty sure I read how hard it'd be to prize away major Monaco players. Well. We should bring one out of Bakayoko, Lemar, Sidibe, Mendy before July. Conte is for now happy with cooperation with the club. But I can see the same thing unfolding as in every post title summer. We have such an unexpected strong position now to do business and fix most of our issues but with this club it's a worrying thing. Though Conte said that Chelsea have to find stability at the top which should mean strengthening and considerably. I hope that's what he is promised with the new contract.

Break even basically. Remember that Juve paid for each of his last 2 years on loan plus that 20m€ fee paid in 3 instalments. It's around 30m€ which is what Chelsea paid for him. Chelsea need to cash in on those players and those numbers will add up to nice sum. Ideally, we should sell most of Kalas, Omeruo, Pasalic, Van Ginkel, Remy, Hector, Atsu. Then there's Kenedy, Baba, Traore, even Zouma, Ake, Batschuayi. If they don't have future here why keep them ? Cash cow galore.

His hold up play and link up play is immense at times. After watching Diego Costa struggles I see this as a huge feat and relief really. He'd need to replace 20+ goals a season striker, is Morata able to score 20+ goals in a season? Yes. Won't say no to him. Still Belotti should be our number 1 target but Morata is ahead of Lukaku for me.
-
His fitness level and overall stamina are excellent. He's made for that position. His peak performances as RWB and bombing forward up and down are something this formation desperately requires. I really don't know if he needs replacement but he obviously needs competition to bring the best out of him and provide cover. I don't think we need to invest 30m+ for this position as we have few great youth players like Dujon Sterling for example but will they push him seriously? That's doubtful. Decisions decisions.

Hazard game against PSG at home in 2014/15 was special. Watched that highlights a few times and I'm still amazed by that performance. His away leg game was quite good too. Yet we went out and somehow he has a tag of not performing in the Champions League.
-
We still have Middlesbrough (H) and Sunderland (H) who will surely be up for a battle to send off from Premier League on a high after being relegated. Not one easy game left in our schedule. Your dream of Chelsea bottling this title may actually be close.
-
I hate Matic so much it's literally impossible to get excited.
-
And you will have a party so chin up.
-
He's maybe the most in form big player right now. If only we had better players for him to stat padding his claim.
-
Honestly, can't force even slightest excitement upon myself over this. If we go for Bakayoko - Kante midfield then we need exceptional attackers on the sides, Bertrand is not exceptional. Plus he's almost 28 in the summer, a bit old for a full-back. If there's interest indeed then it's mostly because he's home-grown.
-
We probably wouldn't buy Torres mid-season and proceed to sign Falcao following summer on AVB request.
-
Bought for combined 12,5m€ fee. That's unfair.
-
Can I ask you since when you are such big Bernardo fan?
-
I understand you but I said it previously, Conte likes experienced defence, our current options are 29 years old on average, then you have Ake, Christensen and Zouma who are 21 years old on average. This gap is too big and I can understand also why club want a middle man, aged somewhere in the middle of 21 and 29 years. That's actually reasonable. Not that I think it's the first priority, but if you think that Chelsea will sell Ake, Kalas and Omeruo for combined 30m£ then we can have a new defender for 20m£. Not bad.
-
Anyone thinks that Willian can leave? He looks so silk and pretty on the ball, he's Brazilian so he'll surely have an enormous offer from China. I think he may leave, not that I'm pushing him out but there's bound to be considerable offer for him and Chelsea.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2017/03/27/southampton-eye-mamadou-sakho-chelsea-bound-virgil-van-dijks/ Chelsea are in pole to sign Van Dijk. As I said we will sign centre-back because Conte wants him. Ake will probably go, Zouma may leave on loan. It's so obvious yet I see some people say we're set and we won't add in the back. Conte wants it. Van Dijk or Koulibaly most likely, then Manolas, Rudiger or De Vrij as an outside options.
-
He's on Marca cover today :
-
I think that Real is now fixated on Dybala.
-
Conte will target centre-back this summer that thing I'm sure of. Koulibaly still has everything that you want centre-back to have and it's irrelevant how he was lately, it's only important how good he can be, he has not had a major injury and is yet to hit his prime years so he can be as good or even better as he ever was. Under Conte he can be phenomenal player. Napoli already bedded in his replacement so if there's a chance for pain-free deal, go for it.
-
Beautiful XI. Two very attacking wing-backs. Two very creative attacking midfielders. Shield in front of the back 3 who don't need to be great at creating with such potency in front. We just need to get two dependence forwards and 100 league goals is possible.
-
You can't argue with the exposure that Bakayoko is getting. I also think that Chalobah is not worse but look how is he overtaken by RLC now. He has no way to get in place of Matic which is key for development of this team. I think if Bakayoko comes with big fee he displaces Matic almost immediately. And we should be okay with Bakayoko and Kante I realised, if we can get at least one attacking wingback and creative right forward. Bakayoko will eat Matic alive at least I hope. I also hope that Matic stays as he can be excellent squad option.
-
If we can add creative attacking midfielder and/or better wingback then we can get away from Kante and Bakayoko being inept passers. I agree Chelsea will be after him in the summer, I think he's the likeliest addition from Monaco as I don't see them crying over him with +30m€ offer.
-
Gonna need Pedro goal out of nowhere. Pray for Chelsea creativity should be hashtag bang now. Let's field Azpi on the right wingback and Matic in the middle just for banter. It would be Stoke vs glorified Stoke contest.
-
Many different sources say the same thing. I hope Conte won't budge. Good thing that he's still not fulfilled in the Champions League as a manager so he'll push for reinforcements.
