With minor tweaks I can see us being a serious threat to any side in the world. We need someone to go there instead of Lamps. Oscar needs to improve his offensive capabilites or Mata his defensive assets. Hazard needs to take the responsibility to carry the team a bit more often, like he did today. Also one of our strikers should step up and find a scoring spree. Other than that I'm really optimistic for this season. We have squad-depth, quality and a superb manager. Even if we are to lose this game, we fought really hard with one man down and we've shown we can challenge for any title.

So there you have it people, we're beating the champions with 10 men. And we're not playing bad. We're playing counter-attacking football. Unlike the game vs. Man Utd. we've had plenty of chances today despite sitting deep for most of the time. There's still a lot of room for improvement and players will gain chemistry as time goes but I can't say I won't like beating the top teams playing a bit better than what we saw today. I'd just like a bit more of speed and creativity when going forward.

I don't get these people complaining like this is the end of the world. Ok, we're not dominating the current champions of Europe, we're struggling, fair enough. But you can't expect a team that was kicked out from cl group stage to dominate the champions overnight. We are still pretty much the same team from that time, yet we're holding our own against Bayern, it wouldn't even be surprising if we were winning had we scored a couple of chances like Oscar's. Let's not overreact. We played way worse against Man Utd, a weaker team.
