  1. He has won me over but not just because of his performance. What a professional, what an attitude. Take a bow.
  2. Finished as a top-level manager. Time to go, Portuguese bus driver.
  3. My god is this guy ever fucking shite. Do us and yourself a favor and go back to Bolton and save both of us from embarrassment week in week out.
  4. I'll truly start to question him if he doesn't bench Ivanovic next week.
  5. I don't hate anyone in this world more than Matic now. Shite midfielder. Offers fucking nothing. Nothin player.
  6. Who would you play instead of Oscar then? Cesc? Conte is not that daft to play him against Liverpool, the last opposition we should think about playing Cesc against. I'm no fan of Oscar either but your criticism of him is very harsh. He has had a solid start to the season and no, that's not based on what we expect of him. The other day you had a go at Diego even though he's been our best player so far and put a masterclass of a performance on display against Swansea. Having a general opinion of a player is acceptable but blatantly ignoring or watching the performances with a cloud of bias is not.
  7. Shite human being and a shite manager. Good riddance. End of.
  8. First big test for us and for Antonio. I'm hoping to see a Conte masterclass here. Their defense is shite and their biggest weakness and we should be looking to exploit that especially given that we're playing at home.
  9. Verratti, Vidal and Modric are the best midfielders in the world imo. This guy would be 'the dream' for us. He is the present and the future of midfielders. Absolute gem. Could you imagine a midfield of Kante-Verratti-Nainggolan? As good as if not better than Essien-Makelele-Lampard imo. And that's pretty fucking good. Who knows, maybe we can dream. Maybe the Nike deal and the Conte effect will help us a lot in pulling this miracle off. This is also type of signing that makes your best players stay(Hazard).
  10. What makes it even more sad is that Cavani was a ruthless player for Napoli. I still believe now that he is back in his original position once he gets his confidence back he will be an absolute menace for any team. I used 'once' because I think his finishing will eventually come back as he's playing in his favored role all the time. The contrast between his out of this world movement and his finishing is just too good to be true. He has everything you want in a striker: pace, strength, athleticism, good technical ability and intelligence. It's painful watching him knowing how close he is to being a top 3 striker in the world. It's the exact opposite with players like Falcao or Torres. These guys have/had nothing going for them, let alone confidence. At the same time you could argue that Drogba (and many other strikers tbf) wouldn't be in those positions. Not saying his or others' movement isn't great, but I just find Cavani's movement incredible. Him and Suarez are surely the best strikers in this department. Uruguayan blood?
  11. Imo Cavani is an incredible striker. His finishing recently is just sad though, if he just had the confidence to finish chances he would be amongst the top 3 strikers in the world. His movement for me is the best in the world. It's absolutely exquisite. He creates chances for himself at will. His combination of electric pace, insane movement, power and work rate is just world class. He made a right mockery out of Koscielny the entire game. Unfortunately for him, he made a mockery out of himself as well with that finishing.
  12. I would be much more worried about Cahill. Him and Ivanovic are the liabilities in that backline. I don't want to imagine Cahill moon walking all the way to Courtois' face when Mane or Sturridge are running at him.
  13. If DL doesn't play and we start with Cahill + Terry we're in a for a long night. Against a side who like to press the opposition, we need at least 1 CB who can carry the ball out from the back and offer something new and some momentum. DL is actually mobile.
  14. A foul all day but can't hide away from the fact that he is fucking shite and a Grade A oxygen thief. The amount of times a ball is passed towards him or Terry and they're caught on their heels is incredible. Awful awful ball playing CBs. Terry can hit a long ball, but it isn't much of a saving grace when he takes 20 seconds to turn and can't bring the ball forward to save his life.
  15. It's a foul on Cahill but that doesn't change the fact that he is an oxygen thief and should be playing for Bolton.
  16. Come on now. He held the ball very well the entire game and scored two goals. His movement throughout the game was excellent. Best player on the pitch and you're calling him a liability? Nonsense.
  17. Have a gut feeling Fabregas will start this one.
  18. Today wasn't just the display of him being country miles better than Oscar as a #10, but also as an all-round midfielder. He tracked back, he won every second ball, he dispossessed the opposition players. As for his attacking qualities, I'm left speechless. Now I can't wait for Antonio to completely dismantle the overrated individual and his overrated stars. I hope Hazard is motivated after the amount of times last season where Mourinho threw him under the bus like he did with KDB and absolutely sticks one up his arse and I know he and Antonio certainly can.
  19. Kante made Huth and Morgan look like world beaters. He will do the same to Gary fucking Cahill.
  20. Plays Pogba as DM and sets his team up for the counter attack when he has one of the slowest attacks in the league. Tactical genius. No creativity, no effective pressing, no press resistance, boring, stale. Never change Jose.
  21. Pogba has incredible box to box qualities. We haven't seen anywhere near the best of him yet, and I think part of it has to do with him playing in a double pivot.
  22. I'm loving this. If Mourinho gets shafted tonight, he's gonna lose his head. You already know he is gonna freeze out Mkhitaryan and maybe some other underperformers if he looses this match. Classic jose team in a big game btw. Absolutely no press resistance or pressing themselves and no creativity.
  23. I don't think we're gonna play 3 at the back anytime soon. Not until we have a Nainggolan esque midfielder and another ball playing CB (possibly Christensen) added to the team.
  24. City beating United has a good side and bad side. The good is that Pep will get into Mourinho's head and a defeat for Jose would be like the 5-1 defeat at Tottenham. I think it will completely change the way they play. More defensive and more conservative. The bad side is that it will be a major confidence boost for City in their chase for the title. All in all, I wouldn't mind a draw or a city win. At the end of the day we should concentrate on winning every game ahead of us.
