As I see it. The management knew Torres can not be trusted to replace Drogba. Sturridge under RDM was not getting many chances either. Lukaku was shipped out. There are Chelsea´s strikers. As it turns out, Ferda is a flop, as we all knew, the others are gone. The midfield is depleted. Boys are playing in Africa.. Has anyone in the management noticed it ? Currently, the club have got some fine players out on loans. How nice. Meanwhile, Rafa turns around looking for players to subbed & the bench is empty & the crowds are booing, instead. What a place to be. I am not surprised one bit that Pep decided to learn German , instead.

Well said, That´s exactly what I am afraid of. Chelsea just attacks gang-ho style & shitty Arssens come down once but score.
-
Chelsea do look fantastic at times but more consistency is needed & the killer instinct. Well, we will see on Sunday against Arsenal whether the team is way better.
-
Thin means. There is hardly anyone sitting on the bench to relief the starters. Have we not seen Mata for example not played well in the odd game ? We all know, what happened, then.
-
No, I do not expect any new manager in January. I´d rather see new players asap. The top managers Jose, Pep are not in it for the money. They do have plenty. As you see those 3 teams are not better than Chelsea, perhaps you have a point. We need to wait & see. Nonetheless anything can happen. As I see it. The team is in need to buy more players now. If no one comes in, then watch out.
-
Well, the kid is 4th on the list. It´s very encouraging, I feel. It´s just I would rather see him at Chelsea.
-
Speaking about slogans. I see two above. Have you read the sport pages, lately ? Many explain why managers are skeptical to sign for Chelsea. As for CL spot, I hope you are correct & the club secures CL for next year. Currently, the way I see it. It won´t be an easy task with the thin squad.
-
Even though, Chelsea do have young talented players on board but still the team is too thin. Any manager looks at the team & thinks about how easy is to be fired there, as Pep has, he must skeptical to come to Chelsea. Therefore, I am worried about the next step for the club.
-
Also, I feel Chelsea are not attracting too many players, lately. One may ask why ? Managers are not knocking on Roman´s door either. However, If I had spent 1 billion on something, I would not want too many people telling me what to do either. I just pray something works out for the club, soon. Otherwise, Chelsea are in deep troubles, I feel.
-
Well, if there are no new players coming in, then be prepared to see Chelsea fighting to stay in top 4 places. Without any new players, currently the team is so thin, players will get tired easily by playing in so many games that Chelsea just might get into another serious slump & miss CL competition next year. I hope, Roman sees it.

Zola is just as RDM was. Previous players well respected but hired as coaches ? Zola in my view still has a lot to learn about coaching the top club like Chelsea, I feel.
-
He is exactly the same a-hole as Malouda. Pay me & leave me alone I´ll do whatever I please, attitude.
-
Torres just might be used as a make-weight in a bid to land better players in the summer. I sincerely hope so. Torres has no future at Chelsea, I feel. He has been nothing but a flop for months.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShN8UIk5-mw As expected, Frankie goes to Hollywood ?
-
Frank has been my favorite Chelsea players for years. He is just one classy player, has done very well for the club, for himself over the years. I will be very sad to see him go. However, from a football point of view & for the club Frank should go & look for another place to play. The club needs to move on. Younger players must be brought in. Since Roman´s policy states no players over 30....there is nothing to be done here. Just let him play his role now & I hope he can score goals as many as possible.
-
Today, I read Zola has emerged as a serious contender to become next coach. Give me a fucking break. Another park the bus specialist ?
-
There are too many chiefs but not enough Indians here.
-
What I like to know is who voted for Wenger in the poll ?
-
He did ? I saw Torres plucking away wide, then. Anyway, our striking force is not adequate. Take a look at Manu 4 striking options. No wonder they are scoring in bunches. The way I see it. Rafa might not be the ideal coach & he is going soon. However, the team is too thin in my view. So much wastefulness is seen. Many of Chelsea´s youths are playing elsewhere.

Benitez has confirmed that our squad is not fit enough for the long run. If he said that days ago I would have found it offensive but I am coming to terms with the reality that he is our manager and I cannot do much about it. And he is actually right. Looking at the team we all must agree that we actually don't have a big squad or we don't use most of them, or maybe they are not good enough and only the coaching staff actually knows. Coming to our squad we really don't need players like Paulo, Turnbull or Hilario. The main aim for the squad is to use them when you want and to be able to rely on them, but most fans here get shivers through their spines when we are not using Cech. He has not rested since the beginning of the season which is bad as he is simply not a machine and our remaining two keepers lack match fitness. There is also a rumuor that he has told the board he needs a new left back, defensive midfielder and a striker. This I completely agree with but left to me it`s our board who have put him in the position to ask. If we did not loan Essien (with the games I saw him he play looked better that Romeu and sometimes Mikel) or sell Meireles (squad player but did well sometimes and some wonderful goals from him) we might have been able to rotate more. Another thing that worries me is that he needs a striker, but I thought deep down Torres was leaving and we are getting at least two strikers or bring back Lukaku get a striker and get rid of Torres but that may not seem to be the case. Also so many players have been linked to Chelsea in recent times, I understand that because we buy lots of players and we have a new manager, so one or two players are bound to come on , but before we deep into our pockets to get players why can`t we actually bring some players back from loans? Instead of getting a defender we can bring back Bruma who to me is not a youngster anymore because he will be 22 next January, instead of getting Paulinho simply bring back KDB and use him instead and instead of getting a left back bring back Patrick van Aanholt and see how he fares in the team. I was impressed when Lukaku came on for West Brom last week when he had the assist and hit the bar, but I think it will be better for him to stay there for the rest of the season or even Josh can return and play with Lampard as it seems he cannot stay fit for a month anymore, if they are not good enough we can simply sell them at the end of the season and get replacements. We have 25 players on loan (a fully registered squad is also 25). Hope the board makes the right decision in the coming weeks as whatever they do will go a long way. Sometimes, I do wonder whether he knows any other formations. Last night, he stuck shitty Torres to play a bit wider. Why not play with two strikers instead ?

Well, I doubt it. If we do not have the right players for 4-2-3-1, then does Rafa knows about it ? Somewhere along the line I read Rafa was instrumental in inventing 4-2-3-1 in Spain. However,I am not sure of it.
-
May I just pointed out ? Current Chelsea team do not have players to play 4-3-3. So stop embarrassing yourself here.
-
Not only Jose has nothing to prove but I doubt Roman would hire again.
