I believe Chelsea needs much more than just one manager. The whole loan policy needs to be revised, I feel. -

Since you are on the outside looking in,then you simply can not know what´s going on behind the scenes at Chelsea. Why do you think he employs all those idiots on the board ? Then you continue how well current Gourlay & Emeralo are doing. Well, if I may simplify it ? If Roman comes to me & gives me 50m to play with, I too would go out & buy the Hazards, Oscars, easily. One does not need to an expert to see these kids & their potential. How about it ? May I go on ? Have Chelsea bought any less expensive player than 20m, lately ? Oh, I know Marin. What a fucking joke we have got here. Personally, I do not blame Roman mainly for hire & fire policy, at all. The whole club & its officials are bunch of useless jokers, to me, see Chelsea´s loan policy. -

All I read is the same old stories. Most are blaming Rafa for this sad state of the club. How about look into the Chelsea officials for a change ? -
I am unsure whether there will be any new arrivals at Chelsea this week. Chelsea have 23 players out on loan including the best of all of them Lukaku who is doing wonders at WH but it looks like Chelsea are unable to recall them. Will Chelsea officials pull out rabbits out of the hat ahead of Thursday´s deadline or the squad be facing burn out, Mata particularly ? Chelsea officials should be held responsible for the team´s mess & not fucking Rafa only.

Forget about him. At 35m, he is way too much.

Nothing to worry about. You are a nice kid, I feel.

All this Isco is one monkey business to me. Malaga offered him new contract with some 30m clause in it. In other words, anyone wants him, pay Malaga 30 or ...Meanwhile, Chelsea sent Piazon for these bastards.

Certainly, the club could do much better with managers. However, the board must wake up too. There are very talented young players out on loans. These players must be implemented into the team, I feel. -

The future of Chelsea depends on the board & their deals in the summer. Plenty of young talented players are scattered all over but not getting many chances with the club. It will be essential to sign new manager. Someone with clear vision as to where the club should be going. Personally, I feel just two or three new players should be signed, that´s all. I would rather see these loaned young players brought home & slowly giving chances to play. If stability is implemented after the summer, then we all can see prosperous Chelsea once again. -
I´d rather if he keeps his day time job.

One never know, then. I think, Citeh are tired of his mental disorder.
-
According to Citeh, Balotelli is going nowhere.
-
Who created this atmosphere then ? Isn´t the current management responsible for all this mess ?

Chelsea recent January transfer is impeccable. Have they not signed Torres then ?
-
Well said. Nonetheless those on the board do not seem to care. Rafa was not a very good decision to hire him, from the fans point of view he is not the answer & the management knows he is gone by the summer. I believe, Chelsea are just biding their time & waiting for a new coach. Once the new coach is hired, the team will consult with him & sign new players, then.
-
Do you get the feeling Chelsea board are bunch of twats sometimes ? Providing the above source is true. I also read, Chelsea made a bid to sign Drogba. If this is true, then it proves how chaotic the board is currently.
-
Since there is no chance for Roman to stay with Rafa & there is a lovely rumor that Chelsea are looking towards D. Moyes as Chelsea´s next manager, I would be inclined to see him at Stamford Bridge. He has done remarkable job at Everton. He would be my 1st choice & then Jose.

Surprising or not..I just think PL teams should not drop games against these teams. Currently, Spurs are 4th in PL, Liverpool 7th I believe.
-
I agree with your reasons. However, should PL teams be loosing with 3rd tier ones ? Something tells me there is no motivation for them & their priority is elsewhere.
-
If this FA Cup is so important, then why teams like the Spurs or even Liverpool are loosing these games ?
-
I am a bit puzzled about this FA Cup competition. Are teams from PL taking it seriously ? It seems to me not many do. Look at the Spurs today. As I already posted CL should be Chelsea´s priority. Everything else is secondary.

Here is my observation of today´s game. First of all, the pitch was in very bad shape, due to snow, rain or what-have you. The team played badly in the 1st half. Rafa tried to play Marin as many of you wanted here. He played shit as I expected. To me, he is not good enough, money wasted by Chelsea. Second half, Mata was put on. Finally, the team started to click much better. Questionable subbed Iva for Azpi, not sure about it though. Perhaps, Rafa wanted to support the attack from defense, though. At 80th minute BA is on, a bit late but still it worked, he passed to Torres who scored a beauty. Over all Chelsea dodged a bullet today.
-
Finally, Oscar scored. We are looking at one tired Chelsea team. Playing twice a week, thin bench, Marin was not the answer, as I said it.
