When one looks at the above list of folks to be fired, pretty soon no one is left except chelseapony. Well, just to be serious for a minute or two. Since we all know about Chelsea´s current depleted squad, whoever is responsible for it should be fired especially if the team misses on top four places, I feel. To fire the whole crew, as written above is just not feasible.

The last few seasons we have seen the number of players loaned out seems to be growing almost day by day. Most of the time it is for players to gain experience at a lower level, reasonable explanation you would say. However reality shows us that almost all of these (young) players return to the club and can once again play in the under-21 team and in the end are sold or when their contract expires they are released. Through the years we have been hopeful about players like Scott Sinclair, Michael Mancienne, Fabio Borini or Jeffrey Bruma, but they hardly get a chance to play for the first team. I can imagine they could be seen as too lightweight for our first team, but what is the reason behind loaning out without any real future at the club. But if you look at a player like Ryan Bertrand, he is played as a midfielder instead of left back and you can ask, is he the long term solution for Ashley's departure next season or so. Otherwise Rafa puts Nathan Ake on the bench and has used him just once for 3 minutes of injury time. Give this guy a chance if it is thought he could be a real futureblue. My expectation for next he will be loaned out to gain experience. I think it is time the board takes a serious look at the players on our books and decide what to do with those come summer. Also, just a handful of players will be loaned, for a maximum of half a season and let them return and give them playing time. For the second half of the season another player will be loaned to the same club in his place. That way both our club and the club the player is loaned to, will be helped. We have a look at all our players and a total of 10 players can gain experience as well. For the first team there are always youngsters at our disposal waiting in the wings and the under-21 and under-18 teams will have about the same players available for the whole season and can be used in the Next Gen series and can gain that experience. Finally, is there any team around the globe that has the same number of players loaned out. I wonder what your thoughts are for this. Read more: http://www.chelsea.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=533106#ixzz2Jx8L9M4C I thought this could an interesting story to read & I believe this is where Chelsea have the biggest problems of all.

Most likely, you either are one of the boo boys or you do not hear well.
-
Good luck but Real will not give up so easily. Even Jose does not want to go out totally disgraced.
-
Well, one never know. When Roman calls, most are running in. Even now, I read Rafa´s job is on line. Next games, Wigan, Sparta Prague & Brenford replay. All three games must be won. Otherwise Rafa is gone, I feel. Current front runner to succeed Rafa is A. Grant again.
-
Admirable, I must say. How about something more important for you to consider ? Jurgen Klinsman for Chelsea´s coach ?
-
Perhaps, Emeralo should cuddle with Rafa on his way out ?
-
What is this I read if Rafa signs, buys....? Rafa is definitely out of Stamford Bridge at the end of this season. Everyone knows it, expected it or read about it. Some of us even think he might be gone fishing by next week if Chelsea drops more points.

Since he last the players, then why prolong the agony ? One or two more losses he should be canned, I feel. There is too much at stake to experiment & take chances now.

I honestly doubt the players are supporting Rafa. When one deals with the coach who is not wanted, then he may not play his hardest. The first thing the players hear are boos when they trot on the pitch. How do you play under these circumstances ?
-
Here is my outlook on this game. Since all the players know Rafa is not staying they will walk about leisurely. There is no desire by anyone to work under him anymore. Therefore, I assume the players will not play their hardest & Rafa is history by Monday.
-
The forthcoming game with Athletic this Saturday could be win or bust for Rafa, I feel. This club can not afford to drop more points. Under Rafa several poor results are seen & it threatens Chelsea´s chances of ending in top four. Therefore, it has been a slice with Rafa but he has to go.

Are we going to finish in the top 4? - Achieved!

We already hit the rock bottom by finishing 6th last year. Roman spent 1 billion to deserve that ? Chelsea needs to clean their house. Starting in the office with the board, I feel. -
No, he did not have time to get back, he was tacked from behind & stayed down. The ref did not call it. A wrong call. Even all announcers said so.
-
It should have been ruled as a foul. Basically very simple.
-
What makes you feel I was concerned about it ? Just another observation by me. That´s all.
-
Somebody just wrote it here this afternoon. Chelsea´s luck he said. Drogba did not even play though.
-
I just seen the replay. A clear foul on Dzeko. Tackled from behind. The play must be stopped, then.
-
The play should have been stopped, in my book.

Currently, there is hardly anyone to replace Rafa. Therefore, he stays for several more months. -

Why is there so much negativity here ? Soon, injured players are back, Moses & Mikel are coming from Africa the team will be much stronger & Rafa is guiding them to top four. -
As I said the other day, Chelsea should strongly consider getting into buying & renting players. It might be a very fruitful business. Let me try one hypothetical question here. Assume Roman packs Torres out somewhere, anywhere. Lukaku plays certain amount of games & stays with WB. What then ? To me that clause in his loan has no merit, providing it´s valid.
-
Perhaps, not much longer ?
-
The amount of games he plays at WB, he could play at home providing Ferda gets shipped out, of course.
-
Then, may I ask what shirt would you buy ? I assume, you´d go for Ferda´s or have you already bought one ?
