I don't understand how some people smoke and drink but still have a ripped body.

Oh give me a break! Doctors who smoke are more amusing for example.

Whatever makes "certain people" jealous! It's my colleauges, it was one of those days were they were negative as hell. I was talking about a certain subject I did on Saturday, I still have like 3 weeks left, but the scheduel is so messed up and I think I'm one of the people who are most affected by it. Hard part is over but it was ugly.
