  1. In fact he IS the most tackled player of whole Europe. With an average of 3,6 tackles per game ... Hazard leads the pack in a study towards the most tackled players in the 5 biggest leagues in Europe: England, France, Italy, Spain & Germany. On the other hand Hazard played 106 consecutive games for Lille!! OR you can see this as a true miracle... Or conclusion should be that Hazard is indeed that type of player that is so flexible that even 3,6 tackles/game cannot bring him an injury. That brings him in the same league as CR 7 and Lionel Messi + a league or 7 higher than Robben
  2. Belgium media confirming his presence at The Etihad Stadium at the Mancherster's derby last monday. Nothing is said about contracts though... We'll have to wait but I do not have a good feeling about this. I think he will move to City.
  3. Belgian media are reporting Chelsea's interest in attracting Marouane Fellaini! End of season rumours one might think, but this website is usually very keen with transfer information and only reports when something is really going on. I will follow up this story with a lot of interest!
  4. When you know he's the most tackled player (3,4/game) in whole Europe... 100 games in a row... Pilgrimage places were founded for less on the continent !
  5. I don't say a loan for KDB wouldn't be a good start to get used to the EPL. But I do want to state that players who are absolute gamewinners (already at young age!!) in the Belgian League are surely ready to compete in a top 5 EPL team. I do not agree on your statement about Lukaku! He is more than ready to play in the 1st team... the only thing is that his way is blocked by the manager's choice for playing Torres, Drogba, Anelka (before china). Lukaku crushed the belgian league at age 16(!!) and confirmed his talent the year after(even more impressive!!). And this at Anderlecht (and will all do respect for the big clubs in Europe... Anderlecht is also big club, even in Europe). And believe me... the pressure at Anderlecht is massively BIG. This team is supposed to play champions every single year... if not, the whole team gets slammed in the press and the club is in a crisis. I can not even think of what would happen if Anderlecht would have a season like Chelsea is having now. Lukaku got a shitload of bad comments and reports (even when he was on top of the leagues strikers list) just because Belgian mentality is to tear down our talents by jealous journalists instead of praising their talent! Lukaku proved he could handle this pressure like a boss! Furthermore he played 8 games with the Chelsea reserves and scored 7 goals and gave 3 assists!! I don't know what else he needs to do to prove himself ready?!! Probably he will be loaned out the a lower level EPL team and will start scoring goals like he has always done... Then in winter 2013 (with 8-9 goals on his record) probably you guys will tell he's ready for Chelsea's first team?? I mean come on! Look at what is playing in strikers position (Lukaku) and wingers (KDB) at the moment...? I'm very sorry to say that I'm of strong belief that both Kevin and Romelu could easily gain a spot in the first team if management towards young talents in Chelsea would be done properly!
  6. http://www.nieuwsblad.be/article/detail.aspx?articleid=EN3O22RA_2
  7. at least this Belgian sportsite is worthy. They never post crappy transfer rumours without having it triple checked with reliable sources!
  8. Belgian media are now reporting that apparently Abramovich has his mind put on getting Eden Hazard in Chelsea! source would be The Sunday Times.
  9. IMO the best way to attract Hazard is to finally give Lukaku some playing time ! Don't think these guys don't talk about the aspects of a lack of confidence in young players. And I know that Hazard absolutely has the ambition to play next season! Imagine he would finally go to Tottenham for that reason ...
  10. Two more goals for the reserves gives Romelu 7-8 goals in as many games. Not too bad for someone skippering between two teams and who gets no chance of building up some game rythm!
  11. Short description: Last weekend in the Belgian Jupiler League the last games before the play-offs were played (system where the best 6 play play-off one for European football and the title, etc.). To get into playoff 1 RC Genk had to win against AA Gent on the last day of the regular competition! Genk conceded a goal in minute '41 => needed at least two goals in the second half. This was the moment that a 20 year old super talent stepped forward as the leader of his team (playing in central midfield => really his best position). In the second half he gave two assists and scored the 3rd goal as icing on the cake. => Genk winning 3-1 thanks to one guy: yours Kevin De Bruyne! I can imagine nobody is waiting to learn dutch . Therefore just skip to 1.50 min and enjoy the action of your new Chelsea starlet! Apart from his goal ... make sure to watch his brillant defensive action and incredible pass (with outside rightfoot) to set up the counter at 2.20min. http://www.sporza.be/permalink/1.1255938
  12. Well all depends on how bad his shoulder got hurt. I'm afraid it's possible he will be out for at least 4 weeks :s
  13. He played on the left back. But he's able to play as a left winger as well. Saw him making his debut for Anderlechts first team and he did a really good job! He was really 'present' during the game. Running up and down the left wing all the time and demanding the ball!! He showed he has great technical skills by dribbling two defenders with a nice move, followed by a great cross. The fans loved it and after being gone for 8 months, the name of Lukaku was rolling of the stands again. A great moment! Because of the injury of the 2 main left backs... probably we will see Jordan more frequently on the pitch during the play offs! I will keep you guys posted on how he's doing.
  14. IMO there are two reasons for the fact Lukaku stays glued to the bench (or even the stands): AVB was never interested in buying him. This was a decision made by the club for the future AVB's first choice would always be Didier, Daniel, Kalou, Torres & Anelka (for the time he was still with us) At the ACN Lukaku could finally get a chance... but because of the poor results of the team + the fact that AVB was already scared to be sacked... he didn't had the balls to play a young guy and went for the easy solution: play the experienced guys. [*]Di Mateo has the same problem now. Team is doing better BUT still has a lot to do to make up for the bad season so far => experience wins it above young talent [*]Both Drogba & Torres are mentioned to be leaving soon. From a management point of view this is the moment to play them and hope they just score goals and play well... to get some $ € £ for them when being sold. Imaging paying 50£million for Nando and letting him go for 20£million... That's one of the worst investments ever! So to sum things up: Romelu is just unlucky that the squad is having such a bad season. Probably next year he will be loaned out. And to all you guys who doubt his qualities... Please take the time to go and watch 3-4 (full) games he plays in will ya? And then feel free to give comments. I have been Romelu since his debut at Anderlecht. Believe me... when he will get the chance to play (I guess at Fulham), he will amaze a lot of you guys and in 6 months you will be shouting he has to come back! I'm very sure of that! Cheers!
  15. I know a lot of chelsea fans are still doubting Lukaku has technique & pace (who can blame them... we barely see him on the pitch ). I just found a good video compilation that shows that the big boy surely has good ball handling: enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKNZqL1Lb0A
  16. Scored 2 goals in the reserves 4-2 win against Newcastle tonight! Good job Rom! :cfc:
  17. Scored 2 goals again against Heerenveen (5-1 win for PSV) first goal at 3.30min should always have been an assist: 4.30min second goal at 5.25min http://eredivisielive.nl/video/45954-samenvatting-psv-heerenveen.html
  18. Always good if the CB's tend to score an average of 8 goals a season I would think ! Here's his goal from yesterday!
  19. Frank Arnesen declares that Lukaku is no longer on HSV's shortlist for next season. Arnesen says: "Romelu is a great talent but will most definitely not be joining us in Hamburg since he will be loaned out to another club in the Premier League next season. Especially Everton, Fulham & Bolton have a good chance of attracting this young talent".
  20. Belgian media reporting about an upcoming move from Vertonghen Arsenal! Although Tottenham seemed to be winning the fight for the belgian internatioal CB, it is now Arsenal that would have the cards in hands. Vertonghen secretly took a visit to the Emirates in last weeks Champions League game against Milan. At Arsenal Vertonghen will be reunited with his buddy Thomas Vermaelen at the CB position.
  21. If there is one thing that all reports in Belgium are stating (even Eden's own words): Next year I will play in England Big clubs are interesting but I want to play => I will definitely go to a team where I will be a starter I think the Manchester teams will be out of the race for that one. Leaves us, Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool into the running!
  22. Spanish newspaper AS reports Real Madrid are thinking about getting Courtois to replace Casillas in a few years: http://www.as.com/futbol/articulo/madrid-busca-proximo-casillas-piensa/20120307dasdaiftb_10/Tes
  23. I surely hope so! Also it would be great if he managed to tap in his first ever Chelsea goal => Lukaku launched for good in Chelsea outfit => No need to loan him out to Fulham next year
  24. I feel what you are saying (if you judge on his last game). But I don't think that this complaint was given to him before (maybe we should ask Hamilton). Anyways he's already an amazing GK at age 19, imagine how much progress he can make in (at least) another 10 years + If he had been perfect already... We would have paid a lot more than € 9million Here are the highlights of the game against Seville: http://dai.ly/wVj7kI
  25. Two assists for KDB (but a loss for KRC Genk): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-GwqEXhML8
