Most CEOs and leaders are narcissistic and in a few instances sociopathic. To lead you have to have a high opinion of yourself and illustrate to those that follow that your confidence cannot be shaken. Look at some of worst people in history that were able to captivate large following they all were narcisstic and in some cases megalomaniacs. (I.e Hitler Stalin, Koresh, Manson etc. All dispicable human beings yet they were able to have many followers because they held unflappable conviction and people as a whole will follow these people in a flock mentality. Clearly I'm not equating Mourinho to them but rather illustrating how much a dominant figure he is after all look how many people think he is above criticism and will label anyone who criticizes him as not a true Chelsea fan. As for toxicity Mourinho has never stayed anywhere for a long not because he can't but because he burns bridges and makes enemies because he's blunt and doesn't give an F. He's too much Sonny and not enough Michael Corleone. I'm not an Eva devotee or other such nonsense. I just don't understand airing out dirty laundry or scapegoating while refusing to take responsibility.

Uhh ok I created this name when he signed which a long to time ago. He wan't good enough and Chelsea did the right thing in recouping money for him. It has nothing to do with how I view Jose and I didn't criticize Jose for Lukaku. I am criticizing him for some of his behavior because he's a narcissist and he's toxic as seen by the inability to stay anywhere for any long period of time. Leaders don't blame others for failures and they handle their business in house. Anytime something doesn't go his way the excuses start flying. The schtick gets old and tired quickly.

Considering it's Chelsea FC and not Mourinho FC perhaps you need to have a word. I support Jose just not blindly like some on here who think he's beyond reproach. His track record speaks for itself as to why he doesn't last anywhere, because he's not a long term architect of a team but rather a short term fixer.
-
I do have to laugh at delusional backing of Jose. He hasn't staying anywhere for a long period of time because his act gets old and tired and he basically alienates everyone. Some of you are quite naive to think that his personality will change.
-
I think he may get back to Chelsea one day. He needs to play more however.

When Aston Villa outspends Chelsea in the Transfer Window no esta bueno
-
he was 19 years old last year, he will get better.
-
Dominating? Have a word with yourself. Prior to the red the back line was getting abused. The red was caused by Ivanovic clearly being out of his depth ...
-
Well like I said without adding more in the window Chelsea won't win the league I've seen nothing in this game that suggests otherwise.

Game 1 Pokal Cup KdB 1 Goal 2 assists ...

Seems silly no to bolster the midfield and this isn't some pie in the sky muppet signing
-
Not even interested in muppet signings but actual depth and midfield upgrades. Chelsea needed to be aggressive in the transfer window and it's been a complete mess.
-
Yes, both also were subbed on in the 61st minute
-
Poor game but he got little help which didn't make it any easier. My soul for a two way fullback.

He's the dog's bollocks. I think there will be a big bidding war next summer for his services and he'll be the biggest transfer ever (money wise) from the Belgian League.
-
Promising is an understatement for Denayer he's a potential world class defender and I'd take him over any U23 defender including Varane and Stones at this point. He'll be starting for City later this year at age 20

Predictions for 2015/16 season?

Chelsea will not win the PL this year you can write that down in pen. -
Messi and Ronaldo have world class teammates Hazard does not it's that simple. Hazard was poor today but his teammates did little to help him.
-
Came on in 61st minute today versus Newcastle and scored the only goal in the 65th minute.

This is where the HG aka English tax raises the price of a player. I put the valuation of Stones at somewhere around 23-26 million but with English tax his value bumps up by 25%. The problem is that Terry could massively decline at anytime so a succession plan including Stones is coming a bit late unless Zouma Cahill can work or Stones Zouma is ready to go at any moment. Too bad City didn't screw up Denayer's contract because he's the best u21 ball playing defender out there.

Chelsea can't afford to not bring in a Witsel or Aranguiz or perhaps both. People are going to be in for a rude surprise if things stay the same as last year. Every other team that wants to win their league and/or the CL is making moves. Hell Barca signed Turan and may sign Pogba and they won their league and the CL.
-
Not in Jose's eyes when the starters play nearly every minute. Not sure why people can't understand that playing almost every minute will lead to injury and players breaking down.

Cannot see Chelsea winning the PL unless a few more players are added. Walking the league last year was more about the rest of the league not being up to snuff rather than Chelsea rolling everyone. I'm not sure why so many are confident after watching the last 4 months of the season. Injury luck was good last year but you cannot expect the same. The team was exhausted and new players are needed to give the top guys rest otherwise they'll flame out get injured in the second half. Need at least 3 more players .
