He's well worth it. Shirt sales marketing deals improved chance to win CL. Would raise Chelsea's profile close to Bayern, Barca, and Real Madrid.

I believe the words you are looking for are schism and Mourinhonista.

Hij (Jose) bakt ze bruin.

Damn you're right. It is privilege to be in 15th place and off to the worst start in 30+ years. I will feel honored to watch Chelsea be relegated.

Maybe dikkenek

patattekop = potato head

Best word to describe Mourinho right now is patattekop although kut is not too far off either.

Hard to beat Stokalona in a cold wet Tuesday night affair

Had a real fullback in Felipe Luis but Jose barely played him.

What would it take to turn the season around?

Sacking Mou doesn't solve all the problem but it removes a toxic element. So to answer your question OP what you want cannot happen without doing the one that you want to eliminate. However, let's ignore that and assume that Jose can transform into an egoless blank slate. 1. Silverware top 4 etc should not be the focus going forward. Doesn't mean you take those things lightly but they should not be valued over developing progression for the long term. Yes missing out on the CL will be a big blow but we already know that. 2. Determine the play style and Identity of Chelsea football. What style and formation does Chelsea want to play. 4-3-3 with Dutch total footballing style of the seventies? Or something else. 3. Youth integration via meritocracy - To develop depth and talent you need to get them games and not run to the transfer window every time there is a hole. We still don't know how good some of the youth talent is because they never get a good run of games. If a first team player stinks up the joint don't be afraid to play a youth team player. The team is already stinking up the joint why not play a young talent to see if they have a future and if they play well keep playing them. Those are good to start but there are a lot more specifically tied into transfer strategies -
Look I get the support but unless you've coached at a high level you don't understand the ramifications of losing the locker room. It has nothing to do with a coaches skill as a manager but rather everything to do with belief in the undertaking. If the team doesn't believe in the undertaking you're done. The signs are as clear as day that Jose has lost the room and therefore can no longer remain as the manager. If Mourinho stays he will do irreparable harm to Chelsea, which may include losing Hazard and other players, failing to qualify for any European tournament, and in the worst case scenario Chelsea getting relegated.

That article is terrible. It suggests it's everyone else's fault but Jose. It even goes as far as to say it wasn't his fault that he called Wenger a specialist in failure and it wasn't his fault for acting the way he did towards Eva as if Jose is merely a puppet with some Deus Ex Machina pulling the string. 'Kinhell if you agree with article you might as well lap up Jose's piss
-
You mean like how Costa knew what he was doing to get Bellerin a red
-
Blame it on Eva Blame it on Iva Blame it on the MIA Don't blame it on Jose Blame it on Schlong Terry Blame it on UEFA Blame it in FA Don't blame it on Jose
-
Remember when Chelsea used to blow out middling competition? Yeah, neither do I.

Not true ... https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/digital-leaders/201309/are-you-working-sociopath Sounds a lot like Jose to me.
-
Look I was all for Rom being sold. That being said anyone that believes a word that Mourinho says is a simpleton. Mourinho is a degenerate liar and a sociopath. Sad that there are so many cult followers of such a despicable person. I guess you needed a new cult figure once Jimmy Saville got caught ...

Here are my thoughts on Jose
-
This was a fake result! - Jose Mourinho
-
Ivanovic you hack
-
Falcao lucky still to be on the pitch
-
How does the performance of the field suit you as evidence? You either have to admit that Jose has lost the room or he knows fuck all about how play offensive football.
-
You mean like how he handled De Bruyne. The handling of Musonda has been appalling. He needed a loan this year instead he's languishing in U21 squad which is a complete waste of time. Jose is the last manager I would trust right now when it comes to developing young talents.
-
The bigger problem is that it's not looking good for the long term. I'm firmly in the Jose out camp for the simple reason that the problems are only going to get worse and wins will only mask the problems. Why buy Felipe Luis and bury him on the bench and then let him leave. Why pick up Falcao when he was utter shite for United and looked past it. Where is the depth that would allow the key players to get rest in games that are more difficult than Cup matches against Lesgue 1 opponents. What the hell is the club doing with Boga, Musonda et al? Why keep Oscar if he's going to be used like De Bruyne was? I think some of you do not realize how dangerous this situation is and that at the very least things need to be set in place to be successful for 2016-2017 because these problems aren't going away next year by spending 200 million in the transfer window.

Uhh Spike I did that very thing in the season prediction thread back in the summer. Of course I never thought they would be this bad but I thought there was no way Chelsea would repeat as champions because they failed to make significant acquisitions in the transfer window. This team has been average for the calendar year. Hazard carried the offense for the second half of the season but the play wasn't of high quality. Too many people made the ridiculous assumption that by winning the league by a large margin somehow meant Chelsea would just walk the league completely ignoring a similar fall from grace from United only two years earlier.
