How exactly? One is a Box to Box who is quick and drives the midfield, and the other is a holding midfielder who just sits and cleans up ahead of the defense. nothing Fancy. Modric is the playmaker. People who say Torres cant score and is a Flop just need to look at Man City and the situation with Dzeko. Last season he had two goals in all competition. This season, he has been banging them in, with two creative players behind him in Nasri and Silva. There is creativity all around that midfield and Torres would do the same. Lampard always had to stay. We cannot sell him. But yes, bench him and use him sparingly. Remember, they said Giggs was passed it and should be sold when Man Utd won fuck all for 3 seasons and then we all know how Giggs turned out. I agree. I would be mad if AVB benches Josh as Josh currently needs playing time on the pitch and not warn the bench and lose confidence. He should be on loan as far as im concerned.

Kakuta started couple of Champions League games on the right wing and wasnt anything special. He started games against Villa away and wasnt special. Carlo is not to blame. Kakuta like million other football players or sportsmen across the world suffered a loss of form and was eventually benched as performances werent up to mark. I remember AVB said in the Central Midfield we should have 6. players. Lets see who we've got now. Mikel and Romeu Lampard and McEchran Ramirez. Benayoun looks all set to leave. and that is who he will be replacing.

High Line or Not, I feel more assured with Terry and Ivanovic. Yes, they all had a poor game. But that doesn't mean they cant play High Line. Also, I dont get why people are talking about High Line being a problem. If you see today's game, We attacked from the Right with Bosingwa more than we did from the left which left the gap open at RB which should have been filled by Mikel but it wasnt, and Norwich cleverly exploited that gap by having their midfield playing the ball in that region and having their striker chase it and attack our goal. In the entire match, Bosingwa played as a winger than a defender and thats what caused us problem, NOT the High Line.

Also, not sure What Lukaku did that got you so excited that you had to start a thread. He could have pulled the trigger a bit early on the shot on goal. But he is still rusty, and will take time. Looked Decent and energetic but to say he did more than Torres was out rightly stupid
