When this team was flourishing in 4-3-3 guess who was pulling the strings in the midfield? Yes, Frank Lampard. Guess who has been dire in the midfield for past season and the previous two games? Frank Lampard. To say that we cant play 4-3-3 is Stupid. Wescored Goals galore in that formation and everytime we played well in 4-3- Frank was in top form. At the moment Frank is not the same player. Last season we missed him and his creativity. And past two games has been the same issue. There are two types of wingers one who are explosive with that I mean, pacy, direct, dribblers who take on defenders. Robben, Neymar, Hazard, Turan, Ronaldo, Gotze. Yeah he is a winger and he plays centrally too. Then there is the other type. Who aren't so explosive like Malouda, Young, Downing, Figo, Mata, an the likes. We need the first breed of wingers

I would prefer, a stuttering start and then picking up the momentum than, starting off steam rolling and then running put of gas in november. Team DOES NOT need MATA. We already have a similar player in Malouda. We need an explosive Winger like Hazard or Gotze who can run at defenders and dribble past them. Such wingers are helpsul in breaking down rigid defense. Sturridge would have made a difference but unfortunately he is out.

You could argue Borinis case against the signif of Lukaku and not Against Kalou. Kalou starts on wings while Borini is a striker. FYI

Doesn't matter. Studge was injured when Borini got playing in Cc games and had he scored a couple of goals he would have started ahead of Studge in FA CUp. Studge on the other hand grabbed his chance and rest is history. The one thing I like about Studge is his attitude. Some say it is bad and he thinks he is too good. But I say it's that attitude of his that has made him claw back from being behind Borini to a likely first team starter. Kakuta and Borini don't have that never give up attitude. Borini chose the easier route which is to not sign an extension and Kakuta well he needs people around him to tell him how good he is and they need to pump him up.

You think Borini would have scored the leveler at Everton and Newcastle away last year and the winner at Bridge against Spurs? Youth players can't be brought in as Impact players. They first need to be given minutes in cup games which Borini got and he failed to capitalize. At one point during Ancelottis first season Borini was ahead of Studge in the pecking order with Carlo saying that Borini is like Inzaghi. Borini got games in Carling cup and minutes in EPL ahead of Studge but fluffed his chances. I remember two one on ones against the goalkeeper which he missed.

How many first team strikers you want? We already have drogba an Torres and sturridge and anelka . Someone said sell kalou and ring in Falcao. That's the stupidest thing I've read. Sell you impact player and spend 30m on Falcao to put him on bench? You need two first team strikers and the rest are just to make numbers. I would take Kalou hands down over Owen and Berbatov, Bendtner, Kuyt, Krouch, Defoe, Pavlychenko. Whenever we are drawing the game or losing it, I always look gorward to Kalou coming on cus i know he delivers it Coming off from bench

Agreed but if he had those skills he would be starting all games and not been a sub. There is a reason why he is mostly used as sub

Kalou is the best sub out there. He has saved our asses Quite often coming off of bench. What I don't understand is that why do managers like Ancelotti and AVB decide to start him. Surely he may be extraordinary in training but that does not reflect in the games he starts. I like Kalou and I hope we keep him as a squad player. Those who want Kalou out should be aware that you won't get better squad players or impact subs than him. For me he is Chelsea's Solskjaer
