I work in healthcare insurance domain and i Agree the healthcare is bad out here but you are treated even if you do not have a health insurance only in this case you pay out of your own pocket. and that can hit your bank balance hard. I think the way it works is the govt takes care of the bill but you then have to pay the govt in installments or something. I really like the UK healthcare.
