Considering it's my fault I'm not in the greatest position to complain. However the initial hangover wasn't that bad but I did feel nauseated for a few days afterwards and that was terrible. They call me the Dare Master for a reason.

Maybe if the linesmen - paid professional linesmen did their jobs properly this would be a non-issue.
-
Again with the Hazard to Real Madrid nonsense.
-
He should not have been sent off but what's more worrying is his slight regression in defensive ability. Under Carlo he was an absolute rock of a man, but now he loves to get foward a tad too often.

Nothing like that. Just too much PC.

Chelsea lodge complaint about Clattenberg
Spike replied to bababoom's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Spain is a funny place. Torres and Mata are Castilian, Romeu is Catalonian and Azpilicueta is Basque. It's not racist in a sense but it has been used as an adjective to imply difrerence. It's almost jingoistic and xenophobic in nature. -
You see the whole point of my original post was that while Luiz is very capable and talented his prone to unpredicatable and eccentric decisions. For instance against Tottenham when he heads the ball towards Cech without even looking at him; that's a very dangerous thing to do even more so when you consider that Defoe almost latched onto it. Another is against United in 2011 when he charged off the line to knee Rooney in the stomach. That's what I'm referring to, those strange little decisions he makes every so often. Somtimes looking at his skillset I believe he is more suited to play in the fullback position, he is quick, physcial, strong at passing and dribbling and loves to attack.

In Australia sports of cricket and rugby league have been bastardised and changed for the worse due to over reliance of technology. Rugby league games can be severly slowed by the referee delegating nearly all decisions to the video ref and not only that but the video ref constantly make controversial calls. Rules have even be changed to accomodate the video ref and make him more 'comfortable' during the process. If technology is introduced it should be in the vein of tennis. The captain gets to challenge two referee decisions per match and that's it. If not the video ref will alter the nature of the game too much and that can be a very bad thing, trust me I know from experience

I attribute the coining of the term 'ball wanker' to @SeB, But yes, I agree fully with you. I even mentioned this in the match thread against United several times. I was angry...

What on earth are you rambling about? How on earth do you get any of this out of "Unpredictable and eccentric. Great adjectives for a foward, not for a defender"? That is hardly bashing Luiz, if it's bashing at all. And once again you bring up Cahill, why? I didn't even mention Cahill once, none of this about Cahill! I for one didn't say I wanted a more attacking side, I belong to the typical Italian school of thought where defence takes priority. I fell in love with Jose's boring old Chelsea and if I had it my way it would still be that way and I'm not saying I dont' appreciate this new style. You seem to believe I'm saying that Luiz is a terrible defender, but when and where have I said that? You're pulling things out of the air. I said he has two traits that are not typically desirable in a defender, but once not once did I say he was a bad defender. Mate, you have missed the point and taken everything out of context.

I couldn't find a topic about this with the search function (damn you search!). And given recent 'happenings' this topic is probably more than relevant. Talk about video and refereeing technology here.

I don't know. I haven't kept up with the NRL lately. I don't think so, NRL is a pretty big deal in Australia and I would have heard about it one way or the other. But the best thing about the NRL system is that it can only be used if the ref wants it used. I'm not sure that it would work in Football but it does the job here.

http://www.caughtoffside.com/2012/10/27/chelsea-to-launch-bid-for-ac-milan-forward-alexandre-pato-as-blues-continue-striker-search/ Mr. Pato is being linked with us again. I'm one Pato's largest fans but his recurring thigh problems are a huge worry. Maybe it's the fault of the Milan Labs, maybe it's the fault of the managment playing him through injuries or maybe he is just naturally prone to injuries. But when he is fit and on his game, he is a match changer and a game winner. But when it's all said an done, I'd rather have Pato injured and not scoring than Torres fit and not scoring. At least I'd have the hope that Pato will one day grow past his injuries; I'm all out of hope for Torres.

In Australia when something is unclear or something is missed, the referee delegates to the 'video referee' whose decision is final. There is no interrupting or much stalling at all; some decision take a while to conclude but rarely longer than five minutes.

Take it back cowboy. 1. Look at the time I posted this. It was literally in the first minute of the game, before his O.G., before Van Rapist's goal, before Chicharito's goal. So my post being at all being a criticism of his performance would be apocryphal. 2.You damn right I was criticising his style and not his performance. That was the whole damn point of this post. 3. I have no idea what Gary Cahill has at all do with my post, as I recall writing about Luiz not Cahill. If I wanted to write about Cahill, I would have posted in his thread. Are you fucking kiddding me? Is that all you've to say? Are you sure you didn't forget to call me 'cunt' or a 'dickhead'? You have anything else worthwhile to say?

Sturridge to score and United to nick it with a penalty in 278th minute.

HOW THE FUCK WAS THAT A FOUL ON RAMIRES
-
I wonder if Fergie had to suck harder for the two penalties or the two red cards?
-
Congratulations United. You fucking whelps. All you had do to was bend over and suck the cock of the FA. I hope the semen tasted bitter, you cunts.

Robin Van Persie...you feel like punching me in the face don't you? bring it on you faggot. I know multiple fighting styles, and I also carry a switchblade with me at all times. Something fucking tells me that you'd be better off keeping your arms down at your sides. If you can't fucking put "cause" and "effect" together in that pathetic brain of yours, I'll help you out here. You'll be standing face to face with me, and let me fucking tell you, it'll already be too fucking late to back down at that point. You might decide "well shit, I might as well stay true to my word and throw a fucking punch". This is where you will go wrong. I hope you don't have a job that requires two fucking hands, because you're going to be missing one after I'm done with you. I'll casually divert your fist off to the side, as you suddenly realize you may have gotten yourself into something you can't back up. You'll try to regroup and pull your arm back, but that wont be easy when I jab my spear-pointed Benchmade switchblade straight through the bone in your forearm, and proceed to rip your entire fucking forearm and hand off in one quick pull. At this point, you'll probably spend 2 seconds in shock. I say 2 seconds, because thats the amount of time you'll have before I reverse the knife in my hand, and uppercut it straight through your throat. You'll spend your last few seconds gurgling blood, and wondering where you went wrong. After that, I'll be forced to take care of any witnesses who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Nothing a few quick choke slams can't fix, followed by a nice gentle slice across the jugular with the Benchmade. Now, motherfucker, you sure you want to go through with that punch?
