We fucked up.. we are champions of premier league! Another match another bad result. Realization for the club that Conte needs better set of players! He wants to stay for long If there is one thing I have learned from being a Chelsea fan for 12 years (wow can't believe it has been that long ) it is we cannot ever have a long term manager never ever! Our club and fans are too short term oriented - don't get me wrong this short term mentality is what has helped us win so many trophies over the years. It is a really good thing and it is because of that, we will/can never have a long term manager. Also if we do intend to keep a manager for long term then the club needs to listen and buy the kind of players that the manager wants rather than the players they like to see. And I think their not listening to the manager is kind of a indication that they want players that will come good even if they change the manager which aligns with the fact that they will pull the trigger any time

My fear has come true, Mourinho's arrogance will continue. I have mixed feeling about it, happy and angry for Mourinho. Angry for the way he embarrasses himself, happy that he has it in him. Well Europa is a pretty decent trophy, we can't deny that. It gets United back into Champions league, and gives them money(how much money do United get?) also now that United have CL they will also be able to attract the players they want. This summer City, United and us all will be competing to get good players. It will be really interesting. I just hope that we don't cheap out and get the players Conte wants to sign so that we can properly compete in all the competitions. Next season will be very interesting and competitive if United, City and us get kind of players the managers want.
