Very true. Personally I don't agree with clubs building statues of living players, let alone ones that are still playing (i'm looking at you Arsenal). He is a legend of the club, we don't need to name things after him for him to be recognised as one.

Yes, you will be able to see the trophy cabinet if you visit the stadium/museum or do the tour. I would imagine you'd be able to have a picture taken with the CL trophy over the summer as well when it's back at the bridge (for a fee of course haha).

I wouldn't say Ronaldo is underrated. He is a better natural athlete (probably the best) than Messi, but Messi is a better natural footballer. Frankly, I haven't seen enough of Hazard to be able to make any comparisons, but I don't see how he HAS to be compared to either. Can't he just be Eden Hazard?

I would've guessed the star would be permanent. Judging by Roman's speech after Saturday (well what was reported anyway). He was always passionate about European success anyway, and having us recognised as one of the elite clubs in football. Now we have a reminder of how far this club has come

Would love Kagawa to join us. Thought he was a dead cert for United, it'd be great to snatch him from under their noses. One of Kagawa/Hazard/Moura/Hulk would leave me very happy with the summer transfers!

Very sad to see him leave. Possibly the best all-round striker the PL has seen in it's short history, and certainly the best that Chelsea have seen. A true legend of the club. Fitting that his last act was to win us the trophy that he, among others, were bought in to win. He was already an iconic figure within the club, but Saturday night confirmed his place among the true greats. Really don't understand how he cannot get the job, and how some don't wish to give him the job. What more could he have possibly done to prove himself? Give him a one-year-deal, see how it goes, he deserves it. And for those questioning his transfer policies, I wouldn't worry about it, as he won't be the one making the decisions on that front anyway.
