I think he means that Chelsea have told Napoli to say "what they want" for Cavani and we shall give it to them.
-
Double-double? Trollface.
-
Man what a goal he scored that was dissalowed. In the whole match, he was the person that was marked the most. He always had 2 people behind him, Martinez and Dante or Boateng. Whatevs, he managed to make the most of his situations, it just wasnt Borussia's day.
-
Neymar - Messi - Sanchez/Pedro Wow, that is really nice, but they still don't have someone to score a damn tap in, like you need one. Will be another season of tiki- taka drama..
-
I pretty much guessed that, when I saw everyone quoting this price, so yes, sorry. Well I am all for him, but I really prefer if KDB or Oscar play the deeper role, they seem really good there.
-
His clause is 89 mil. , who the hell said it is 15?
-
Would be happy with him.
-
I would love the look on people's faces if in 2 years time, there is a rumour about him joining us. Funny paradox: We shouldn't sign him now, we will ruin his career. In 2 years time, we should have signed him when we had the chance. So , Lazar, please join Borussia or some other team, that won't let you go in 2 years time.
-
So Calderon thinks he will come here, weeell you are convincing me, but I doubt it will happen... It is a lot of money to spend. Even Roman knows that...
-
Lewandowski - Bayern Cavani - City Falcao - Monaco / PSG Rooney - PSG/us Chelsea - Jackson Martinez anyone??
-
Same thing he said about Berbatov and after that they were pissed off and even made a statement.
-
I too want one striker, more than Torres, but with him staying , won't it be better keeping Lukaku, than adding another 200 k waged bloke? I like Falcao, love Cavani. Would appreciate them both here, but come on? You gotta be keeping tabs on the wage bill and the bigger it gets, the more money people would want from us and our board will "be going retarded", while actually just trying to make them take a little cut of the top. I would much rather we focus on the talent we have stacked up. Having people like De Bruyne , Essien and Lukaku on loan, while Torres, Yossi and Obi Mikel are still in the team, now that is retarded!
-
Yes that is why 2013/2014 should be like this. CR7 - Messi/Falcao/Cavani/Lewandowski - Hazard Mata - Lampard - Oscar - Xabi Alonso/ Gonalons/ Essien- De Bruyne Terry - d.Luiz Cech We are going to win.
-
Great comeback, Sherlock. You look at every big name and already want him at Chelsea. Shows just how spoiled most of our fans are. It's not about buying every big name, it's about rethinking, because I can assure you that there is not just Cavani or Falcao at the damn market.
-
I don't even know why you support Chelsea. If it is because of all the transfers , then you are really an interesting man. You are pushing to sign a 60-million poacher , but don't want a kid that has banged half his goals in a lesser team in a better league for free.
-
People seem to be f***in forgeting Jackson Martinez! A part from him Shaarawy, people like Pato, Aubameyang, and that we have Lukaku for Christ sake. He banged a hattrick on United, while coming on as a sub, and with ease, and people are still complaining why have we not signed a striker. WE DON'T EVEN KNOW IF JOSE MOURINHO IS COMING AND / OR WILL TORRES OR BA STAY HERE!
-
Actually watched a couple of Isco games and his winger mentality isn't that bad. People are judging him, because he is an AMC on Fifa and FM. In all truth in many times he dribbles up the wing and has the pace and ball control to easily overtake Moses, which makes him a great signing in my eyes. If we are to put De Bruyne in the CM role, than I want Isco, apart from that, no.
-
Post the news please! I don't have the chance to watch it.

There are still buterflies in my belly, when I hear him and see this thread bumped. Open it, saw City rumours and I still can't believe it could happen. I don't know if Tancredi is right, but I assure you De Laurentis is one stubborn man. Italians are mainly like that. I don't know , but I doubt City want to spend a new 400 milion on a squad, when they have such great players now. If the rumours about Pellegrini are true, then Aguero and Tevez will be kept. I still have that dodgy feeling that they are gonna sign another striker , that would cost them cheaper or just use Guidetti. He has trillion tons of potential. Apart from that, I don't see why we can't sign him. If Cavani is wanted, we may beat City. Because every damn person that has 3 squares of football knowledge knows that Chelsea need a goal-scoring striker, much more than Manchester City. A part from that Cavani will have Mata , Hazard , Oscar or KDB or Moses, behind his back. Come on? 33 asissts to Mata, you can't say he couldn't be that interested. I still think if there is a bid from us, he will gladly consider it. Remember his interview , where he said that if he has the opportunity, to choose a team it would be Juventus or us, and that was in his Palermo days, when I think we were searching for a Drogba replacement, but never had contacted his agent.
-
Мy bet is City or Monaco, maybe PSG. Actually hope it's not us, because we have the same amount of talent and poaching instinct in Torres. Only a damaged knee and low morale makes a difference
-
Can someone please tell me what exactly did WHS said? Oh, and also, I am wondering, who will lead us against Man. City.
-
That is why I football curently sucks balls. Because everything comes down to who will pay the wages, and not the player's self - motivation to go to the best club possible and guide his way to the top.
-
Football is not only a job. If you want a job, study. Football is a passion, a relligion, but we all know that. It's a sport. It's not just an ordinary job, so we can get money from it. When you start playing football, you want to be one of the best, don't you? You can play for the money, but come on, the guy has the money to live better than half of TC combined. Problem here is the greed, not the passion my friend. Let him join Monaco. I really admired him and Miguel Veloso, they were both great at the Euro, but at the end he would probably become another one of those , how do people on forums say it: " Money - grabbing cunt" .
-
It actually doesn't. Because if he wanted to play big football he would have pushed for a move to Tottenham , lowering his wage - demands. Instead of that he decides to stay at Porto, because he wants "to be paid properly" and if the reports are true, he now will be joining Monaco , because they can afford his wages. Excuse me, but that is a bit unacceptable in my eyes.
-
Actually , that is pretty stupid. I mean the comparision you made. Joao had an opportunity to go to Spurs. He could have easily pushed the transfer to go through with a transfer request. He could have been a PL player this season, insted of Lewis Holtby. This is a mercenary type of signing, because come on? Monaco?! You are at fuckin Porto! Porto is a great club, plays awesome football and always signs the best Latin-origined players. And you are going to leave for 20k more to go to Monaco? No my friend, that is a mercenary, and this is what is wrong with today's football.
