I'm very optimistic about the Champions League actually. We have a highly experienced coach for this competiton, and the way to Wembley will be much easier for us if Arsenal manage to knock Barca out. Then, there would be no super-team in the competition and it would be a bit harder to say who the favourites are. We're in bad form in the league at the minute, but with the squad we have, we'll always be top favourites. And I agree on the Torres factor. He might not score in games against Fulham, but he's a big player and scores in a big moment, in big games. He's proven that more than once, and with him I'm quite confident. On paper we've got one of the easiest opponents, so going to the Quarter finals won't be too hard. If we beat Copenhagen, we might get a team like Shakhtar Donetsk in the quarter finals, then a top club in the Semi's maybe, and if we manage to beat that club, it's the final at our second home. Though, big shame that David Luiz is cup tied.

I don't think Carlo would risk by playing Borini. This is an important game for us and Borini hasn't got enough experience. We can't let Everton knock us out of the cup, it'd be embarrasing. At least we should concentrate on the FA Cup and try to win it.

I don't really want him to leave, but I think that this summer is the right time for him to go. I don't think he'll ever again be the same Drogba he used to be, so for his good and for the club's good, he should leave.

Mikel is rather underrated imo. He's a great defensive midfielder, holds his calm even when the team is under pressure, that's how a dm should be. He's very important to the team, and has been much more confident than Essien lately, fact.

Why blame Drogba, Kalou or Anelka. Blame Carlo, he decides who starts and who doesn't. I wouldn't be shocked if he decides to leave Torres in the bench either. He has no trust in players, if he doesn't leave him as a sub he'll be changing him in the 60th minute every game he plays.

Benayoun and Ramires could really work together methinks.

I think that Luiz is fine as CB. We need more confidence in defense.

Carlo must definitely start Drogba in this one, since Torres can't play. This would be my line up: Malouda - Drogba - Kalou/Anelka Lampard - Ramires Mikel Cole - Terry - Luiz - Ivanovic Cech

I didn't say he's better than Malouda, but Malouda's not playing very well at the minute. So I think that Zhirkov could play better than him. You can't really compare them anyways. They both play in the left flank but in different positions and they have different jobs to do.

I'm glad that he's back, and honestly I prefer him to Malouda, I think he'd perform much, much better.

I don't care what the media or the press says anymore tbh. The whole world knows who Fernando Torres is and what he is able to do, he's definitely the best striker in the world. I have no doubts that he will shine with us, just give him one more game or two.

Seriously, I can see us winning this one. I'm quite confident about this game and I can see us scoring goals. Sucks that Torres won't be playing, this could have been a great opportunity for him to score his first goal for the club and at the Bridge, but at least David Luiz can play, so I'm happy for that.
