Im glad i have limited internet access because this is utter torture. We need more than 3 players in but it wont happen, infact it wont surprise me if we give Malouda and Anelka new 5 year contracts

If Neymar dont wanna be at the club then fuck him, happy with the Brazillians we have got and have got coming in Piazon's case.

thought id post this before i leave I doubt its true but if it is its just basic insanity. Some of those demands are just outrageous and if it aint true the author has a vivid imagination

With his 3 match ban we could have the same problem we did with Zhirkov, if we start the new season superbly and carry on well into September, October, do we break a winning formula? From my limited experience (coaching sunday league) sides you should never break off winning formula at any sport in any level.

I usually hate having limited internet access but it might be a blessing this summer. This one will roll on and on and on and will probably go to the last day of the window, where Stoke will get took over by a multi billionaire and gazump us City style.

Just thought ill say i wont be on much until August. Going to be away from home quite a lot from now until August (sadly all bar 2 weeks in this country) and will probally only have time for roughly an hour and a half on the internet a week and that will be used on checking transfers, on msn and sorting out the xpert eleven tactics (still need promotion on that haha). I will sneak on any time i can but it aint likely to be often and i thought id mention this for the unlikely event off some-one wondering where i am Make no mistake tho in August ill be back on here and raring to go for the new season under (touch wood) Guus Hiddink KTBFFH

happy birthday

I wanted him to lift the title more than anything, it would have been nothing more than he deserved. Feels strange we won the league that season with no in form strikers. Imagine Robben under the form he was in that season feeding Jimmy

The awkward moment where we realize Jimmy Floyd should have stayed one last season.

Close call, seems mixed

Think that's a bit harsh, he does regually get over 90% passing and more are forwards than people made out, and at home to United in the CL our passing and shape was all over the place, Mikel's introduction seemed to have restored order to the players. Sneijder deal aint blown out of the water yet, we here loads of stuff these days when supposedly a player says one thing and does the other, just have to wait until its all sorted.

As i have mentioned a few times a battle between Hiddink and Mourinho is something that sounds thrilling and one i would like to see (whether one is managing Chelsea or not). Even before he came to Chelsea, Guus had a reputation as a clever tactician, proved beyond any doubt when he took South Korea to the world cup semi final in 2002 when in reality on paper that team didn't look good enough to get a result let alone get that far, and before any-one mentions there the host's, so were Japan and it didn't help them. Another prime example was in euro 2008, Holland were free scoring, beat Italy and France 3-0 and 4-1 and quite frankly looked unbeatable, no-one gave Russia a chance but in came Guus Hiddink with a tactical master plan and the rest is history. He also showed it for us against Barcelona in 2009, nullified them at the Nou Camp and battered them at Stamford Bridge and we got robbed by a stupid ref, Barca could have had no complaints if it was 6 quite frankly, although we went out we matched and bettered a team that have been thumping every-one silly and made Utd look like a pub team the round after, despite going out i remember thinking to myself (about Hiddink) weve just battered the best team on the planet (only the ref stopped it showing in the score), Guus Hiddink is a fucking genius. Moving on to Jose his record is insane, he has a superior record against every manager he has faced bar Guardiola and Rijard, constantly outwitted Fergie and Wenger and his greatest tactical moment probably came for Inter when he took a brave move playing so defensive at the Nou Camp and it came off. So who would win a tactical battle between these two? I loved Carlo and as you all know and still can tell by my profile picture i wanted him to stay as much as any-one but for me (in both Italy and in CL) it looked like Jose was very confident of being able to beat him tactically and in all honesty i was terrified of getting Madrid last season, should Hiddink come back it will be a different story i'm not saying i would want to draw Jose but i certainly would fancy our chances as i believe Hiddink will have it in him to tactically beat him. Who do you think will win a tactical battle bet-ween these two, one thing is for sure, it would be fascinating.

Drogba aint that good mate you tell Fergie that they don't need to worry about marking him in our game next season
-
what i don't understand is we pay £17m to get rid of Mourinho and we wont pay £4m to bring back the man who's the only of our ex managers that can compete with Jose in terms of love from the players and love from (most) of the fans, it don't make sense.
-
why dont we just forget about signing young players stick to the one's we have got and sign Gattuso, Cafu. Beckham and Raul to add to experience?
-
If the TC rumours are true and Sammy's thinking of a return then no need.
-
As long as they produce the goods next season, it could be cats their romancing with in them pics for all i care.
-
Did he really only start 10 in 06/07?
-
To be fair with Hiddink incharge i wont be scared one bit of facing Jose in the Champions league.
-
Agree with all of that apart from Glen Johnson, he was never that good and we were right to get rid of him, he's proving at Liverpool how inept his defending is and in his last Chelsea game he got ass raped by Oliver Kapo Jose's good thing's overdo the bad but he did make some mistakes, especially in the 06/07 season i still to this day kick myself about ending that season with 6 consecutive draws (especially the one's against Newcastle and Bolton).
-
With Hiddink in am i the only one that would fancy our chances if we bumped into Jose in the CL?

I thought id go down the Rafa path and bring some "fats" to the table. Henderson and Carroll = £55 million Essien and Drogba = £48 million From what i heard United are on the verge on signing Phil Jones for £17 million if this happens. Smalling and Jones = £29 million Ivanovic, Terry and Alex = £8 million Make of that what you will.
