Fair enough, but my post is mostly the faith I have in AVB.

It's just our luck, we've been waiting on essien to get back on form and have his pre season but then he gets injured for six months. And when we want Mikel to flourish and take his place, his father gets abducted... It's bloody typical for us. But hopefully Mikels father ends up okay.

No... Because it wouldn't happen!.

Guys, here's a positive. AVB is a much better motivater than Ancelotti, that's one thing Carlo didn't have under control last season, also he couldn't reason with players and that's a big reason many of them wernt in form. Anelka for me was someone who had the least feelings for this club, yet he knows this is his last season and he's making huge effort, something he hasnt done in a while. He was good in the Stoke game and brilliant in the villa game. And look at bosingwa, what a huge difference in this man, especially against the most physical team in the PL. The commentator mentioned AVB had a chat with bosingwa and told him to work harder defensively. And Torres has played much better under AVB so far. But with respect to Carlo, he got Torres dumped on him, who was out of form at Liverpool and had no pre season. Just thought I'd mention this since I don't think anyone else has.

Okay i don't understand this person. So because kalou is a better footballer than us we can't say he's not good enough for Chelsea?. Okay so I can't say a 30 year old player in league 2 can't play for Chelsea because I'm worse at football than he is?.

I think mata is overrated and certainly wouldn't pay 30m for him, i don't think he can play good constantly. But seen as im sick of Malouda and kalou, I would do just about anything to not see those 2 on the starting line up. Because if we don't spend this is last season all over again.

but... we've only had one game. And I'm glad he didn't play Stoke because the chances of him getting battered. David Luiz was a miracle worker until our game with Stoke, then he went sort if downhill from there. And we were waiting on Alex to come back.

Kalou must definitely have pass completion under 50 percent. Because all he does is give the ball away.

Last season Lampards goals were probably the only thing we were getting from him, now that he's playing deeper, do any of you reckon this could be a huge dissapointnent this season concerning lampard?.

I know what you mean... I'm just pretty stressed out that's all. Plus man u work everyone's legs with there passing game, that's a reason for there late goals. Poor defending by West Brom though, I don't think young had to dribble or anything. Reid had an awful game at right back.

AVB was testing out he changed the formation. It would be a totally different story if we had scored. At the end of the day all you can do is gamble, no ones psychic and I don't think it's unwise choice by AVB at all. I wouldn't say he messed up the formation at all, he prety much done better than kalou in 20 mins than kalou all game.

Choulo how do you know that? None of them had any tome when they came on, and besides the free kicks we didn't see drogba.
