I would of like to of seen a playmaker in there at least somewhere in midfield, Meireles is a good player, but he will only play good if everyone else is, i don't think he has world class drive what our team needs in midfield. Even 2010/2011, in my opinion him and Cech where tied for best players that year.

Brilliant line up, the only one i was dissapointed about was Mikel, but Romeu did play a game in mid week i suppose, i want Romeu to play premier league games.

We need to change the defence, if AVB wants to build a team, then he needs his own players, most of our players don't fit the system AVB wants, so we will have to buy some players and get rid of some. This isn't given up, i think it's the only decision we have, we can keep playing this high defence line and get our arses kicked constantly, and even more embarassing losses, from the likes of City and Liverpool coming up, i dread to think what City will do to us when we play them. We have to change our way of playing, and make sacrafices, you can't deny it, our defence is very bad at the moment. If Chelsea score 3 goals at home, they should win, if Chelsea conceded 5 goals at the Bridge you would think well that would have to be one hell of a team who played them, but it wasn't, it was Arsenal... i just fear of the embarrassment and depression we have to go through if we keep playing with this stupid defensive chemistry.

Yes it's really stupid, if McEachran was at Man United, he would be on loan or ferguson would have him playing games now and again, we don't, i find it scary that we lack options in midfield, a midfield with 3 spaces, and with currently only 4 midfielders at the moment, McEachran has rarely played.

Bertrand in my opinion can do a better job than Cole, so i don't see where this losing points is coming from, Bertrand gave a solid performance against Everton, he was also put against Drenthe which is not easy at all, he's an experienced young left back with good qualities going forward, he's also got something Cole hasn't got, that's crossing. I really hope we start playing him.

He's also been one of our worst players this season, he's also been playing tonnes of games none stop, i can't remember Cole being an under performer, but this season i've been dissapointed, he's working hard but it seems he just gets a lot wrong. Bertrand needs to start games, Cole in my opinion is getting worse and worse as his age goes on.

His tackling isn't bad, it's his tactical defending what is bad. He was good the first few games, because AVB will like his wing backs, but now he has been pretty poor.

Have we actually got one defender in form though?, no because there finding it extremely difficult with this highline, the only one i was surprised in was Bosingwa, i thought he would love this type of defence, but he himself is getting exposed quite a lot, but if we of had a better midfield and wingers, Bosingwa might not get troubled as much as he does.
