  1. Lampard surely licking his lip for this fixture. Been thinking to put Lampard at Ramires expenses, keep the same trio since they starting to show a good chemistry. If we had Daniel available for this may as well use him since Torres look sloppy and tired recently. We must this game, WHL used to be our 3 pts lane.
  2. are u Gilvorak from the youtube? it's been a while since your last video
  3. Put the best team? I don't think replace some player with the likes of Marin, Azpi, Danny or Romeu will make us a lesser team. That being said, Torres will score in this for sure. Norwich defenses are relatively weak this season, like one had mentioned just two from Hazard/Mata/Oscar would be enough to settle things down. Give some game time to Marin and Azpi, heck the latter is fit there's no reason for not giving him chance.
  4. Chelsea fan base here in Malaysia has growth tremendously over the couple of years. Having said that, largest portion still belong to MU & Liverpool with Chelsea & Arsenal come close to 3th and 4th. Speaking of rivalry, unlike in England here in Malaysia we had a typical fans called ABU (Anything but United) & GEMUK/ means fat in Malaysian (Gagasan Excited Manchester United Kalah/ means Excited of MU loss Congress. They consist of all non-united fans who hold lots of hatred towards MU.
  5. yet again, i vote Oscar as the MOTM for the same reason. His stamina, vision & passing is second to none for me, hardly put his foot wrong despite he rather new to UCL football as well. Quite disappointed with Moses, i thought he going to settle very well less that i know the nerves got him first. Ramires was immense in the midfield, why RDM did not use him at the middle of the park against Atletico still put me into a doubt. Finally Torres could've done better with his finish, overall i give him credit to him for giving a decent performance, not he missed from 3 yards.
  6. me personally think Oscar did a great job for being very hardworking. He chase every single ball which lead to Arsenal defense mess up few times and losing the ball to our player. In the game against Atletico this is where we didn't do and deservedly punish in style by Falcao & co. Pressure must be start from the high line, like what they did in Barca team. Oscar have a very good stamina ala Ramires, if he can put on some muscle to strengthen his body strength i presume he'll become one of the greatest AMF in EPL. I concur the fact Hazard is the one who really dictating the game against Arsenal but seems running out of gas in later stage of the game.
  7. Mata, Oscar, Hazard & Moses to start. Torres to be drop on the bench. Moses to lead the dynamic trio. Ramires and Mikel to shielding the back four and link up with the trio. They don't have Alex Song this time, i'm pretty sure our midfield is better in controlling the middle park. Just hope our defenders don't fumble.
  8. all the dream striker aside, it's actually pretty sad seeing Torres unable to pickup his talent after more than two seasons been with us. I do think that Chelsea has done everything to help him in every single way possible. Giving him the lead role, dropping Drogba (few games last season) & Sturridge and release Anelka. Bring in not one but at least four new creative player to bring the supplies. The fans keep cheering for him, we even naturally applaud him for a missing a sitter because we appreciate every effort by him. I can't be sure whether he had gave everything in his game or he's just totally lost his old self. if anyone claim Chelsea to blame for his flop, it's bollocks. We might seeing him leave in January, until then i'd never stop waiting for old Torres to come home.
  9. if Torres fail to re-establish himself as the main striker, i have little doubt that we might offload him as a part of transfer package to get Falcao. Knowing Roman, nothing is impossible.
  10. with the amount of reinforcement both team had, i'm expecting a different kind of game than last season. Won't take anything from QPR despite their poor start of the season. They were bloody sucks last year too before they meet us when disgraceful Foy fcuked us. I think Mata have enough of rest already, Mata+Hazard should continue to be play together to build a strong partnership. Lampard should get rested due to his involvement in International team. Get a playing time for Oscar or Romeu. Last but not least. Torres should make way for Sturridge or Mosses.
  11. Oscar should start as i saw him ready to replace the fatigue Mata. Moses & Cesar should be given a cameo in later stage of the game. Hate to say this, but i've a hunch that Lampard & Brana will retain their position. Funny, the double pivot won us two major cup last year and they were up against the likes of Liverpool (FA cup final), Barca & Bayern (CL final). Either Lampard & Mikel getting an off night or Atletico was just too good for us that night.
  12. I'm personally has no problem at all with Mata stats. His performance on the field that bother me and he did impressively well in every game. Though, had to agree with most of us here that he should be given a lengthy rest (at least 3 weeks) fully regain his stamina back. He seems to faded towards the end of 2nd half despite not having seen him showing the sign of catching a breath. I think the buy of Oscar is crucial to keep Mata & Hazard always fresh, so any of them wouldn't burnout near the later part of the season. Moses more into Torres & Studge backup.
  13. is just me or did Mata & Hazard both played the free role? seems most of us were concerned in pre-season in where to play both of them since both are favorite to play behind striker (the no 10 position). but now seems, it has been solved by RDM. The interchanging passes between Mata & Hazard is very neat, one deserved a credits as much as the other i guess. Just hope that Oscar will find the rhythm to get into the mix soon. Then we'll our own version of tiki-taka
  14. when is Marin estimated to return? it's killing me watching Ramires have to fill in the RW position, he excell last season in that position but not as RW but rather an AMF bombarding from right flank due to our defensive tactic. but this season, it's different story Ramires for me can replace Mikel position with Lampard go deeper. to pick Mata, Hazard & Torres are no brainer in this crucial fixture.
  15. so u expecting our new-looked squad to play like Barca? calm down. Marin only cost 7mil. Oscar not even play yet. KDB on one mediocre performance? such a gloryhunter
  16. any player that has a tiniest sort of connection with Chelsea will tend to be overpriced. Modric 42M, Torres 50M, Sheva 35M, Robinho, oh wait. 10M for RB & CM perhaps we can't even get anyone within that price from Division 1.
  17. we can't argue that we can see this coming, the sign is there. and there is no other perfect way to end it at this very moment. it's like watching a good movie, when the hero will finally accomplish his mission and will leave everything else to new generation. gosh, we going to miss u badly didier . hope he can come one day as a short term loan player.
  18. Bosingwa still make a good backup, though his cam whoring behavior is kinda annoying. Agree to release Malouda & Essien, same goes to Kalou. Heck, if Torres keep on sulking he can find another team as well. not being arrogant, but all the lads have gave everything to win the tittle yet he only complaining about himself.
  19. voted for Mata. Nani's goal wasn't his fault entirely. it's Meireles who didn't mark Nani soon after he gone beyond Mata. JT too should've come a bit forward to close the angle. it's close call between Mata & Torres, but due to his misses i go with Mata.
  20. true indeed. the closest Malaysian ever get against EPL club was in 2009 against Man United when Amri Yahya scored a wonder goal passed GK Edwin VDS which end up 3-2 for MU. The rest is just fairy tale. For tonight game, it will be walk in the park for Chelsea since Malaysian will send u23 squad plus few seniors. Omar & Yahya are among the called up.
  21. well from Malaysian humble perspective, to get a full house is hardly possible. the fan base here had strong influence towards MU and Liverpool. only recently Chelsea fans begin to bloom. having said that, do expect a strong crowd this Thursday. 50-60k seems much realistic. it will be my 2nd time here watching Chelsea live. Looking forward for a great match.
  22. the team has just just safely landed and we'll have a press conference shortly.
