FA YOUTH CUP FINAL SECOND LEG DATE SET Posted on: Fri 26 Apr 2013 The second leg of our FA Youth Cup final against Norwich City will take place on Monday 13 May, kick-off 7.45pm. Tickets for the game, which takes place at Stamford Bridge, will be sold as follows: Tickets are now on general sale (maximum 10 per person) priced £5 for adults and £3 for juniors and seniors, and are available from the box office, online or via the call centre on 0871 984 1905. Tickets will go OFF sale online and with the call centre on Thursday 9 May at 12noon. Tickets will then be sold in person at the box office until 4pm on Monday 13 May. Disabled supporters should contact the disability department to purchase tickets. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Chelsea's squad has been boosted ahead the first leg of our Europa League semi-final by the return from injury of Ashley Cole and Gary Cahill The two defenders are on the plane that left London for Switzerland this morning (Wednesday). Cole has recovered from a hamstring strain suffered in the home game against Manchester United on 1 April. Cahill underwent a minor knee operation on 30 March. Oscar, who came off at Anfield on Sunday with a slight groin injury, is among the 19 who have travelled.

Chelsea booked their place in the FA Youth Cup final, beating Liverpool 2-1 at Stamford Bridge and 4-1 on aggregate. They made a sluggish start to the semi-final second leg but goals from John Swift and the outstanding Nathan Ake meant they eased to victory. Two down following Alex Kiwomya’s late goals at Anfield in last week’s first leg, Liverpool were hauled back into the tie by Kris Peterson’s early goal. Peterson drifted in from the left and breezed past Ola Aina and Alex Davey before firing home. But Chelsea, who will face Norwich in a two-legged final, hit back four minutes before half-time, with Swift starting and brilliantly finishing the move that led to the equaliser. Swift sent Kiwomya away down the right and then met the resulting cross with a lovely side-footed finish from near the penalty spot. Once Ake headed in Jeremie Boga’s right-wing corner at the near post seconds before the break, there was no way back for Liverpool. To their credit, the visitors kept battling in the second half and went close to scoring when Jerome Sinclair’s effort struck the bar. Blues skipper Lewis Baker also hit the bar with a late free-kick. The first leg of the final is at Carrow Road on 29 April.
