Despite being one of the most successful managers in Italy, Allegri’s Juventus were hardly the envy of other teams for their style of play because they were too pragmatic and hardly exciting.
Despite having the likes of Paulo Dybala and Ronaldo, Allegri still setup his team just to get results and he didn’t care about the style of play.
His teams also seem to rely on superstars like Dybala, Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuain, it would be hard for him to get the funds to sign players of that calibre.
Allegri also hardly promoted youth players, which would go against the culture of the club somewhat.
