Remember all the pubs round the ground shut an hour early so none show the game. And you cant even get a carrier bag full of tins and drink them near the ground any more. As if having a few beers is going to cause hassle. It cracks me up theres no admitance under the influence of drink or drugs! It's PC gone bonkers. The whole point of a matchday is meeting up with your mates and having a sesh before the game. I'll stick to my vape!
We normally stay around Liverpool St and either get the train or cab over.
Not seen owt where they are drinking but last year Manure was in the west End and they had Flannerys,Copper Jug,JJ Moons, The Green Man, Thirsty Eddies
Looking at a old program from last year when we have had the East end we had pubs like Flyers Last Stand// Blue Check Cafe/ The Wembley Tavern / Crock of Gold. I like The torch but only because its the name of a old northern Soul all nighter lol.
