  1. Too easy for them. And they've had a midweek game. I'm honestly sick at looking at each of our players faces.
  2. And we wonder why we've done so poorly when Alonso is still our starting LB over the years
  3. No Silva No Sane They are playing that lad at LB Looking better for us imo
  4. Right. All our rivals getting points, let's see what kind of character our players will display tomorrow.
  5. We should realistically be looking to draw against City. We still have Europa as well. Heads high
  6. Right but check out the movement from the attackers. Also take note the positioning of the other two central midfielders. They are always in space. There is an annoying lack of directness from our players compared to those at Napoli.
  7. Anything City win is meaningless given the blatant corruption that was revealed from them.
  8. You and I both know him saying 'there is a possibility i'll stay', is revealing that Real never approached him. Let's not beat around the bush. It's a save face tactic. We saw the same thing with Ronaldo in the 2008-2009 season. He made his desire to leave for Real after the Euros but Real never approached him. Except Ronaldo never flirted with Real the way Hazard has.
  9. The only reason he hasn't said anything is because Real haven't approached him yet. They want Neymar and the only way he will stays is if they pursue Neymary or Mbappe. He'll then come out with some bollocks like I was always going to stay here or something along the line. Quote me on this if it doesn't happen. I'd gladly eat some humble pie.
  10. Erm, we did beat them with Fernandinho in the team?
  11. Bruno Fernandes would be perfect for that AMF
  12. Transfer ban looming. Market inflation higher than ever. Loan policy to be restricted. You'd think now would be a great time for stability at this club. Given how the club bent over backwards to get Sarri, (even disposing Conte like he was nothing) has me thinking they are leaning towards a long term plan. They compare us to City and Pep, how it's taken a season for things to work. It fails to mention that City were already used to attacking football under Pellegrini, not to mention they have a team stacked with players that fit Pep's mold. We have players who have been used to conservative football for going on 5 years. Sarri is now in charge of changing the entire playing culture of the club. If anything, he will need more time.
  13. Safe to say if there is any player that is an absolute must next season, it's him. Get it done.
  14. Mad given how City play, he is able to keep it up for 50 games a season.
  15. The fact he can cover that much ground, 60 games a season, shortly after Pep arrived....
  16. The midfield needs end product or else it would be incredibly redundant.
