Imagine this forum if we were going to buy Connor for the 50m some on here think he's worth, the shit would hit the fan.

Least he gave it up without a fuss this time.

I for one am a Connor fan, but even I know he can't play this system, he's a work horse, obviously they will accept the bid otherwise they may loose him on a free next season, but they have also offered him a contract, to me that says look you have this move available to you or stay for another 3 years, balls in your court.

Not sure on this, he's been offered a contract even though he doesn't fit this style of play at all, yes he did well under poch but that's because poch's way of playing suited Connor.

He saved more shots last season than Sanchez and petro combined if that helps at all 🤣

How much of Jorgensen have you watched to form the opinion he isn't number 1 material?

I watched a highlights video on YouTube (not ideal) but his passing range and through balls were excellent, something Connor lacks in abundance

It amazes me the amount of times last season we heard, "he's not technical enough, all he does is run" now we are playing a system that requires technical skill, people want him to stay! This is why I'm convinced some on here either just moan for the sake of it, are just miserable irl or trolling, because you cant moan he's not technical enough then want to keep him for a role that requires him to be technical 🤯

It's the kids kicking off for not getting the fancy new toys they want mentality.

Alot thought the same about Palmer have a watch of this, he's nothing like Connor.

I actually think KDH will suprise alot on here, he knows this system inside out and plays at the heart of it, I won't be surprised if he has a good season at all.

We have heard this forum all season saying he's shit, he offers nothing he needs to be sold in the summer, summer comes linked with a move away and now Chelsea are crazy for selling him and for 30m? So all the guys who said he's shit and needs to go now reckon he's worth much more than 30m and crazy to sell him, it's beyond laughable now.

I don't think this team is as good as the CL winning team yet, but I believe with good coaching and a set way of playing instead of just throw the kitchen sink at it, this team has the potential to be alot better, agree with enzos goal ratio, I don't think Enzo is anywhere near worth the hype or the money especially what I've seen so far, hopefully he proves me wrong, and as far for caicedo if he takes on the destroyer role and gets more assists I don't mind how many goals he scores, kovacic for me did neither, good said player, very good dribbling ability but left me thinking is that it.

Kai, people wanted him out, mount people wanted him out, jorginho for enough time people wanted him out, kovacic was a decent bench option at best, his goal ratio is shocking. This is what makes me laugh about the Trev situation, mount Gallagher CHO amount other people want/wanted gone, now all of a sudden we are ruining our youth system? If they are good enough they will break in, Trev isn't good enough and has had enough time here to show he never will, replacing him with younger players who might just turn out a hell of a lot better is a good call tbh.

Buying youngster is a tactic for 3 or 4 seasons away not 1 or 2, we won't truly know if this works for atleast 2 or 3 more seasons. I don't agree with every buy but I definitely agree with the way we are going.

Ok so we won a champions league in 2021, I'm talking about domestic league as we ain't even in the CL ATM, but what is better for me is we are going away from buying players past there prime or "absolute ballers from a farmers league" then going mental when they flop here. I also think the wage structure is better and the fact the club are trying to build a proper identity with the way we play, smash and grab stopped working for us properly years ago.
