That's exactly it though, how can José being so dogmatic about playing particular players not have a negative effect on the team? It's impossible. He says that any player can play themselves into the team, but we all know that is a load of shite. He has his undroppables now like Ivanovic but he also refused to drop Hazard and Oscar at the start of his tenure even though they were playing poorly, forcing KDB and Mata out of the club. They (along with Schurrle, Salah and Luis) had it right, they knew Mourinho was a hypocrite in this regard. They left to benefit their careers but they were essentially pushed out by Mourinho because he plays favourites. Now we have a worse squad because of it and I would imagine it has a terrible effect on team unity at times like this when we're playing very poor.
