Geezer i know got a kicking for wearing a Barcelona shirt with Pedro written on the back. Unfortunately for him he didn't realize the R was missing.

Mourinho allegedly said '' You can tell if a youngster can make it by watching him for 20 minutes''. Which begs the question how long did he watch Cuadrado for if at all. What did he see in Cuadrado in January that made him sign that useless tit instead of Pedro?. Pedro was ineligible for the Champions League but did Cuadrado get any minutes at all can't remember off hand. Now in August we buy Pedro questions have to be asked about our transfer policy. Anyway welcome Pedro hope you do the business my son.

Fair enough mate not trying to piss on anyone's chips. I'm old enough to remember getting beaten by the likes of Shrewsbury and Bristol Rovers. So it's siege mentality for all Chelsea fans especially on this forum. WHEN OUR BACKS ARE AGAINST THE WALL WE COME OUT OUT FIGHTING WHY?. WE ARE THE FAMOUS CFC AND WE DON'T GIVE A FUCK WHERE EVER YOU MAY BE WE ARE THE FAMOUS CFC. Carefree everyone.

Yes but the words pinch and salt come to mind. Need more concrete evidence then a spurious article in the Mirror.

Another reason to hate Scousers mate. All the gear they nicked while playing abroad in the late 70's early 80's the adage you can't polish a turd was never so apt. They'd come to the Bridge or if you went to Anfield and to a man you could tell the gear was nicked cos it never fitted them rat boys in Armani.

Don't follow the European leagues myself but i have to say you boys on this forum know your stuff fair play to you.

Still got the Chelsea away RED ha ha top from 1977 umbro with a number 9 stitched on the back by my mum. I'll have to try and post it. But never bought umbro casual gear U.J. Fila, Ellesse yes. Still wear lacoste etc but i'm more into mod gear these days, Merc, Gabicci, David Watts, and of course Fred Perry.

Would have put Lukaku in front of Eto in a heartbeat myself. Think Drogba's influence might have had some bearing but to be honest he was pretty iffy. His best attributes pace power and strength were pretty much gone even taking into account his age. Always be a Chelsea legend though.
-
Good point Tomo in the 3 seasons he's been back Mourinho has bought Eto, Drogba and now Falcao everyone single one of them a shadow of there former selves. Why? i just don't see the point.

Voted top joke at the Edinburgh Festival Umbro is named after what your friends say to you if they see you wearing it

Anyone holding out for a marquee signing is going to be disappointed i'm afraid. Two weeks to go till the end of the window and the way negotiations drag on these days (Baba) i think it's highly unlikely we are going to buy someone big. Not sure Stones is a marquee signing per se but after yesterday he could find himself an automatic starter. If he is bought Everton are going to ask for a monster fee pushing towards 40 million quid which is extremely risky and on paper not a great bit of business.

More questions then answers after that piss poor performance. The whole team just didn't look right from min 1 to 90. Begovic played well so he gets a pass. Ivan well Mourinho is supposed to be ruthless but everyone knows he should be dropped he's a liability at right back simple as. Dave at left back likewise utterly wasted hopefully he's moved to R.B.now Baba's signed. Is anyone really surprised that a speedy and clever forward like Aguero would run rings around Terry and Cahill exactly like Harry Kane did. Fabregas is not magic looks completely shot to me got to be one of the most overrated players ever neat and tidy yes but as lightweight as an angel's fart. Costa i'm worried about mainly because of lack of service and his dubious temperament. But the biggest worry surely is squad quality. Man City off Navas, Sterling, Aguero on Nasri, Demechellis and Bony. Us off Ramires and Willian on Fucking Cuadrado and Falcao that's not a gulf in quality it's a chasm. Then off course you have City about to pay 50 million quid for De Bruyne who we sold for 18 million and spent 27 on Cuadrado it's just baffling. Ridiculous excuses that even the most loyal supporter of Mourinho must have been squirming at. The falling out with the medical staff and publicly saying more or less your captain's past it well things are not exactly hunky dory and i can only see more falling outs and tantrums to follow from management and players alike.

A kiss and tell by a bloke how desperate can you get. Anyone called Rupert Patterson -Ward sounds like a massive tosspot.

Well firstly i care because i'm sick and tired of negative stories about Chelsea. And don't use the Millwall analogy of no likes we don't care because Millwall' fans have a reputation that there more then happy to play up to. And there a small club who apart from a couple of seasons in the late 80's have always been a lower league club so no one cares about them apart from there fans. When Mourinho first came the press the media loved it because he was different and made good copy. Mainly it was tongue in cheek from him and the press knew he would always be good for a quote. Now it's totally different you get Cantona type weirdness with the ' little horse'' analogy. His press conferences these days are painful to watch he's making it abundantly clear he doesn't want to be there. I've said in another post that Steve Holland will be at a lot of pressers this season or Mourinho will do the one word answering like Avram Grant. Tony Pullis the other night said at the press conference afterwards '' I got the team and tactics wrong it's all down to me'' how refreshing i wish ALL football managers were that honest.

Jose Mourinho cuts NHS waiting lists to zero after telling doctors who actually needs treating Jose Mourinho has been thanked by administrators inside the NHS, after he reduced waiting lists to zero by declaring no-one genuinely in need of treatment. The newly qualified medical expert and Chelsea football manager, was keen to bring his gifts to bear across the NHS after flexing his diagnostician muscles during Chelsea’s opening day draw against Swansea. As one Chelsea insider told us, “If you want to know if a player needs treating or not, do not look at the doctors, do not look at them – you look to Jose, only Jose.” Mourinho himself told reporters he was glad to help the NHS with his special skills. He said, “To make a correct diagnosis, you must first understand people who fake injuries, and I spend all day with footballers, so I know fakers.” “53 year-old Joseph Miller of Stoke? Fake. He does not need a new hip, take him off the list.” “42 year-old Sarah Matthews of Basingstoke? Fake. She does not need a bunionectomy, take her off the list.” “I can do this all day. It is like a gift – only the special one can decide when someone should be healed.”

So the lesser spotted Baba Rahman is due to arrive won't believe it till i see it. Incidentally it looks like Ashley Cole could be leaving Roma.
-
He came across really badly just meandering waffle and not answering the question. He's totally charmless these days his body language is terrible. I can guarantee he's going to be sending Steve Holland to a lot of pre and post match confrences.this season.

We didn't win, we didn't play amazing football and it does matter to some of us.

One the Daily Star isn't a newspaper more of a 40 page gossip column. And secondly it just a source said countless times it's baseless and ludicrous.

Whoever's side your on or (i'm on Eva's) what is inescapable is Mourinho's antics are nothing but a petulant strop. This is not passion or whatever bollocks the Mourinho apologists believe it is. He looked like a kid who's just been told he's not going to Disneyland but is spending his holidays with his gran in Grimsby. The bloke is in his 50's and is only a couple of years older then me and it's time for him to stop spitting out the dummy and act like a man of his age should. I'm genuinely worried about Sunday's game a defeat and we are already five points behind Man City. With a trip to our of recent times bogey team West Brom to follow and this is all hypothetical and it's very early in the season but even still things could get a bit tricky.
-
The physio has always been a popular figure at Chelsea with the fans. In Eva's case because lets be honest she's a fine looking woman. But in the 80's and early 90's our physio was a bloke called Norman Medhurst who looked like Freddie Mercury and the Shed would sing '' Norman give us a wave'' and he always would. He was a real cult figure at Chelsea and from what i've heard from people who've met him a top bloke.
-
I've always hated West Ham fans plenty of run in's with them in the 80's. But they've really surpassed themselves now Joey Barton who is not the greatest player in the world but he's certainly good enough for them. Apparently West Ham fans objected to his transfer why?. He's said a few questionable things on Twitter and he likes to think he's an intellectual because he's listened to Hatful of Hollow by The Smiths. There signing a run of the mill footballer who's got a history of flying off the handle and using his fists i thought West Ham fans would faacking luv him. Still it looks like the Twatterati have spoken and there views seem to be taken as gospel these days very disturbing.
