And while i think both Mason and Rice are daft as brushes I see they are proper ballers. Rice is very vocal which we dont have anyone who is apart from Jorgi on occasions. I dont see his problem now being fitness. Hes got the Yips. He doesn't want to get injured again so shys away and doesn't get stuck in. Hes a big strong boy. His majot wkill was he got into tank mode. If he cant do that its a problem. Give him a year away and hope.

Where we got used to willing and sacked managers that stopped delivering the Dippers dont mind bringing in experience players wise. Ive always been of a mind that at 30 players slow down. But I know in my personal situation Im fitter now than Ive ever been. Ive become more open minded in SOME positions age is just a number and experience wins over/ A good mixture of old,potential and top class is necessary. IMVHO of course. But yes they do look like theyre going to need a major overhaul shortly. Maybe they sell a load and use the money?

Need to have some clubs come in for some Dippers. Its easy tho once you have a machine thats working just to upgrade a worn position here n there. Hopefully once we get our machine gelled we can also do that.

It reminds me so much of all the podcasts on Youtube.
