YES FAMMMMMM

Actually that decision was partially correct; Mata has done nothing in his time at Man Utd to justify staying here - it's just a pity his replacement never stepped up.
-
@CHOULO19 and the above payment argument: I'd say that John Terry's maximum wage will NOT be £60k/week - that will be his basic pay. He will have lots of bonus clauses - 10, 20, 30 appearances etc that will substantially increase a payout, as well as trophies won etc... I really want JT to stay and I've thought he would for the last 2 months, but now it's time for him to put his money where his mouth is - he thinks he can play for 2 more years, if he's right then he will fight his way back into the team, trigger these clauses and in all likelihood earn something similar to what he has this season. I personally think he will, especially when Zouma returns from injury and that solid legs-brains partnership can make a return. Hell, if Roy had half a cajone he'd be training with England right now. People think they know more than the manager on here - scream for x manager's head for selecting Brana at right back, but when the alternative is played they realise why he was being played there - and similarly every manager would rather select half fit JT over Ivanovic at CB. I personally think it's Ivanovic who will be sold this summer.
-
Wouldn't mind Umbro, to be honest. Although Nike is good too. Adidas's kits since 14/15 have been going down hill, and next season is going to be a kit miss for me too.
-
It's a shame about Pedro. He just doesn't have the ability to produce goals from the positions he gets himself into. Cost me £100, that missed shot (grr) Might as well play and blood our youngsters next season, we may never be in a position to do it on a large scale again.
-
Fraser Forster would be available for the right cash.
-
How do we know the contract offer for Terry is a poor one? By the way, bar changing the back line I don't think we have much choice but to build the back line around Terry. All our other CB pairings aside from Zouma/Cahill-Terry look clueless; Azpilicueta looks out of place at right back, and Ivanovic is neither a leader nor a pace monster. My personal opinion is that the club will let him go if anybody comes calling this summer if Terry signs. Not to mention the benefits of his presence to the squad and the youth. He will play his heart out so if anything appearance-based bonuses might just increase his fire.
-
He's been average since Mourinho was disposed of. The fact that he was our best player this season shows what the gulf in quality is with other clubs. The club is a complete joke, this season has been characterised by spineless decision making, and now in a bizarre show of board power they're disposing of John Terry for no good reason whatsoever. The supporters should have been refunded for at least 5 games this season. It's a team of wasted talent and misunderstood individuals. Don't let the next generation end the same way.
-
One does not lose form so rapidly unless he even partially consciously makes a decision not to play. If that was a natural dip in form, then I'd be unsettled if we ever relied on Eden so heavily again.
-
I didn't know you could roast sprouts As for Hazard... While I'll be glad for him to return to form, I don't think I'll ever see him like I did before he turned his back on the manager.
-
If Terry is back then we might well do them, if it's cahill-iva then kane will rip them a new arsehole That's ironic because we completely outplayed them in their den in the reverse, silenced the whole ground for 90 minutes. Really should have beaten them...
-
Diego will be up for it My only worry is that he might try so hard that he injures himself, like he did against PSG. Damn, I think we would have qualified if he kept that up for 90 mins...
-
Terry will probably be fit.
-
Lol. No young kids, Mikel at CB... the quality of the team has actually gone down.
-
Easy to say that though mate but the first half of the season could have turned out very differently. Had we got 2 points from Swansea and Spurs [which we were very close to doing] and 2 points from either Man Utd game AND West Ham away [that game was a farce of refereeing, I wonder what the uproar would have been if Leicester were playing that day] we would be very, very close to the European places indeed. Hell, Mourinho probably wouldn't have got fired either, but that's an entirely different kettle of fish.
-
That'd make us the mugs for packing him off then and also it'd make people like you wake up and realise the doctrine of the board pulls the strings rather than the coach
-
If I was on Fifa mate I'd have made it a flat 3 with RLC, Colks and Ake in. Personally that midfield can adapt to do or be anything. I'd probably put Palmer on the bench as a weekly fixture too. Kid can smell goals. Afaik, I'd also not be averse to buying one of the England fullbacks - Rose or Clyne would be ideal. Unfortunately, as hard to accept as it is, if we want anything but defensive fullbacks, it involves getting rid of Dave. And if we don't want to do that, then we've got a kid called Aina who reminds me of Ivanovic with his raw strength.
-
Him and Colkett. Guus, set it up.
-
We're going to get done by Spurs, and I don't plan to attend. Not to mention that the trains stop before I can get home anyway. as for Bournemouth? Begovic Aina Miazga Terry Dave --RLC--Colkett--Matic Willian Costa Pedro Fuck the rest of the team
-
I used to think Fabregas should stay. I am a changed man. New DM [Ake] New CM to play with RLC For Christ's sake, put Azpilicueta back at left back. He's actually shit at right back. Doesn't know what he's doing. Or maybe that's just another symptom of Terry's absence What the fuck was Willian doing; should have been substituted at half time - literally slacked through the whole game. Pedro was good. Costa... I suppose it was more denial of service than anything else... needs a quick ball to be good. Can't dribble. Can shoot. And now Fabregas can hit a long ball to about the same ability as Obi, he isn't getting it. Christ, we were backpassing it 3-0 down. Where's the desire? The urgency? Need more Loftus Cheeks, made in Chelsea lads. And I don't mean 16 year old foreign imports, I mean from the area. Supporters. People who show heart for the club. Christ, in the squad nobody would put their head or even their foot where John Terry did when he got KO'd in 2006.

Kante did for Leicester what Matic did for us in 14/15. Similarly I would be very wary of a similar burnout occuring. We have nothing to play fore next season aside from the 2 domestic cups - we will not attract world class players even by throwing money at the problem of no CL football; please use this opportunity to blood in more youth built around an experienced spine, and we will come back stronger the season after. Forster Aina Zouma Terry Dave RLC Ake Willian Cescy Hazard/Traore Costa Firstly, Courtois and Hazard should be issued an ultimatum: Improve or out. I'm tempted by Fraser Forster anyway, so I've put him in there. Mikel can stay but only if he doesn't bitch about being a squad player. Miazga & Cahill are our backup CBs. Kenedy can rotate with Dave & Aina for left back. Failing that Dasilva or JCS can be brought in during emergencies. Okay, Terry MUST stay. It's non negotiable from my point of view. Yes, this season will likely be his last as a starting player, but it is vital as the key experience at the back. Ake returns from loan - starts as our DM; but you'll notice that the pairing is box to box in nature. A bit more traditional. Cesc plays just ahead. In a 4-4-2 he could play as a fasle LW but being able to drift in. Traore plays RW. Willian the left; Musonda can come in for any of those 3, as can Pedro. Colkett can be the third choice. In my personal opinion, getting rid of Costa would be insanity. Pato can stay and be second choice there. That's what I'd like. I can't see Roman reaching into the chequebook to bail us out this time round.
-
I disagree - I think we're shite at nurturing it.
-
It's not like he had any previous club history to change his mind, is it?
-
Tbf you know it's bad when you're pining for the return of the David Luiz and #AzpilicuetaOut
-
tbh I like him at LB more But Jesus guys, after about 2 years of constant form I think he's entitled to a poor spell!
