I agree there's no hope but I want him gone for other reasons. I'm sick of the BS. The mind games, the immature garbage. The tantrums. I don't find it endearing or interesting. It's extremely childish. I want a manager who can just shut up and manage the team sans drama. Chelsea doesn't just need a new manager, it needs a culture change.

I have had the time to reflect and analyse our current terrible situation.
First of all we stumbled into this situation via Jose's stubborn approach to first team selection, lack of squad rotation and unshakable belief in 'His' players. He continued to start the likes of Ivanovic and Fabregas when they were all both shockingly underperforming. Also the lack of belief and playing time for our fringe and youngsters did not help give them the confidence or match sharpness they deserved. When they were finally called up it was often at the worst situation possible with far too much pressure on them to perform.
Instead of trying to break out of a bad situation by being positive with his tactics, formation and selections Jose does the opposite and becomes even more negative and conservative. This approach leads our players to play with fear and trepidation rather than belief and exuberance. We have an absolute abundance of talent in our squad with all their combined talents we should be soundly destroying our weaker opponents by playing positively with belief, dynamism and passion.
Im sure his staff and players all know these factors to be true but cannot speak up as they are afraid of the reprisal they will suffer if they ever challenge 'his' ways especially in light of Eva's situation who was much liked and respected by the squad, staff and supporters.
Jose has to realise he has the support, resources and belief around him to evolve his approach to save the sinking ship. But ultimately I feel Jose's ego and stubbornness will be his downfall as he will either go down with the ship or more likely get pushed overboard by the ship's owners before it sinks.
We must all unite together whatever happens in future and rally around our club as no one person is bigger than the club.
    KTBFFH!!!!

I remember us at home against West Brom last year, we played amazing football, they were awful, we were 2-0 up after half an hour and they get a red card. What happens next?
Go for the jugular, score another 4 and make a fiesta ?
Fukc no, parked the fn bus and it was game over, it ended 2-0.

Yeah he's a cunt for saying we play shit unimaginative football?
Yeah he's a really big cunt for that ain't he. The TRUTH normally fucking hurts thats why most people don't like it
    OUR FOOTBALL IS SHIT!!!
And he's right - sitting back against shit teams - is like having a Ferrari and not going past 3rd gear - ultimately it will fuck the engine up - sound familiar?
Mou is just a bellend - too micro management based. His abrasive personality eventually pisses everyone off

Fair play to Cesc if he is moaning about the shit football
I thought Mou said nobody has balls in his team? Looks like Mou meant he is the one with no balls - too scared to play attacking football, too egotistical to admit he might be wrong...
Fair play to the players - if they feel they could do better - then let them - if that requires a new manager, so be it.
Players are asked to change and adapt constantly - the same has to be said of the manager.

re-building with a manager who never shows evolution and stinks it up so bad that one of the world's best wingers wants to leave or is forced out? Yeah, I think we should just throw out every footballer who doesn't want to play this inept one-dimensional style and remain "Chelsea the Anti-Football" side for another decade. Great for public relations, the global neutral fan and enough to make everyone vomit and leave football entirely for something more entertaining.
    sounds great.

It's no wonder the Nazi's came into power with the absurd loyalty that people have towards Mourinho despite his atrocious behavior. There's mutiny because Jose is a manipulative narcissist. He can't ever admit that the other team won a match rather than Chelsea having bad luck or the referees stealing the match.
You talk about being fans of Chelsea FC then stop making it Mourinho FC and look at what's really happening.
You try to do your job when your supervisor is making things up about you, taking no responsibility for his actions, and is blaming everyone else for his shortcomings and see how you'd feel working for them.
    It kills morale.

Yup, like me the players think he's a complete bellend!
I daresay the Eva situation was the final nail in his coffin.
He just needs to STFU - he's the biggest whiner I have seen. He should count himself lucky that so many people fell for his 'one of us' bollox - that's what has saved him thus far.
It's the emperors clothes scenario all over again ...
He is a short term manager capable of snagging a few trophies. His long term performance is questionable and his transfers are on average - mediocre. The first time round he signed some fuck awful players too.
I fully expect him to be gone in the summer. The financial hit is going to be serious - no decent prize money, no CL revenues - ouch!!!

If it were Branislav, it would work out fine to just dump the player and the manager.
Would be sad if the player were revealed and it were Cesc TBH because I think he can still be a great player under the correct manager. He wants to play quick-passing football, dynamic, attacking. Jose doesn't allow it to evolve.
The whole thing stinks. Thanks Jose M.

Mourinho only has himself to blame for that. He constantly went looking for conflicts even with his own staff and players.
It's actually quite an achievement from Mourinho to turn this group of players against him. I mean there's not a single player in this group that has a bad personality.
All of them have amiable, easygoing personalities, yet somehow he's managed to turn them against him and apparently even had one of them go as far as say he'd rather lose then win for Mourinho.
Seriously how did Mourinho manage that ?

I just can't stop with these Mourinho criticisms. I just feel he has fucked up the club on so many levels. I certainly have seen through one thing, and that is definitely the fact that he cannot build long term success at a club. He is only good for short term. I am not just basing it on results. But off the field issues. Just look the transfers and the way we have dealt with the youth players. Bertrand who for me is arguably up there with the best LB in the league, we loaned him out to Southampton where he was excellent and got into the team of the season last year. This a player who came through our academy, contributed to us winning the UCL and always performed when he stepped in.
Why the fuck after an excellent season would we sell him? Mourinho obviously knows with the new rules it is pivotal to have some English players in our squad and we let a pefect one go. He is only 26, excellent defender and attacker and came through the academy. As good as Azpi was for us at LB, he should have been made to compete at RB with Ivanovic with Bertrand slotting in at LB. But what do we do? Afer halfway through last season, we sell him permanently for let's be honest, a bargain £10m on Southampton's side.
Now look few months down the line, Luis is sold and we realise we need a new Lb for cover. We got and get a young kid from the Bundesliga who is not as good as Luis or Bertrand for double the fee we sold Bertrand for. Just ludicrous decisions and then worse thing is Mourinho does not even trust this £20m plus player to come on the team. We should never of got into this situation as Bertrand should be here playing as our LB. Now look at the situation we find ourselves in now, Zouma at RB and Azpi at LB. Just LOL....
I know there is a divide with some members in the camp of Lukaku was a coward etc and did not fight for his place while there is another camp where I belong in who believe he was never given a fair chance and was never going to be favoured by Mourinho. This is a striker who scored 20 league goals at WBA however that was still not good enough. He then went out on loan to Everton and banged in the goals once again and he came back and despite being surrounded by average strikers, Mourinho could not feel fit to start him in any of our first 4 games despite his goals record whilst out on loan and the fact that he also produced in pre-season. Why did Mourinho not start him? Because he does not have a clue how to integrate young players in the team and rarely has any trust in them and that is why short term he works but long term he will not because he does not know about long term building which is why he is no good for building teams for the future and this is why I do not want him in the long run.
Bayern, we can all agree are the best club in the world right now or one the top three at least. Look at Alaba. One of the best LB in Europe who is also a great versatile player. A few years ago Bayern sent him out on loan to Hoffenheim. Done very well there and Bayern rewarded him with that good loan spell by integrating him in the first team squad and eventually making him a regular in the first 11. Kroos is another example. Although he is at Real now, he was a key player of Bayern's team. Bayern did not buy Kroos. He came through the system. I think they sent him on loan for 1 year to Leverkusen to help him get regular football. Performed out on loan then he came a key part of their CM and is now one of the best playmakers in Europe.
What did Mourinho do with our young players who performed out on loan? KDB? A few games he was judged by and not given a fair chance again and eventually gets shipped off. Lukaku could not get a start for his life despite being the best striker here and he got shipped off. Bertrand was quality at Southampton but yet again, sold off. Just disgraceful. Mourinho made all these decisions. Like I said just look at Bayern as an example for integrating youth into your team properly and building success long term. Would be nice of Mourinho if he could fucking give our young players with great potential a vote of confidence rather than pushing all of them out of the exit door.
Long essay but worth it. Needed to let that one out.

When Jose came back, the question i and many concerned faithfuls asked was how is he going to play his style using Hazard, Oscar and co. who were purposely bought to steer the team towards playing attractive football. The answer we got from him and his worshipers is that he is going to change his style and play attractive football. His first game in charge was against Hull. I watched carefully as the boys played one of the most beautiful game in the first half and by half time we were up by 2 goals. After recess, i was disappointed to see team sitting back to allow Hull to control the game, and you could clearly see that they have been instructed to do so. Then we went to MAN U to play 11 players as defenders against a team that was struggling with Moyes and had zero confidence. The bus continue to be parked in every game till date.
My guess is he managed to convince the board and the players to buy into his philosophy for the first season. In the second season we were playing well until we lost 5-2 to Spurs, which made him activate park-the-bus mode. Unlike the first season when the players were on board the "bus", this time they did not buy into the idea and this manifested in the team's bad performance from January to the end of season. We however managed to win the league because we had little competetion. Come this season Jose decided to continue with the same tactics and this time, the players have not been on board since the beginning of pre-season. The players want to express themselves on the field and they are indirectly telling Jose, but the egomaniac one does not seem to bother. He would rather we loose than play attacking football and our loosing streak will unfortunately continue unless we change the manger or we replace half of the squad with players of Jose's caliber, like Essien, Lampard, Drogba etc. The truth is the first option is much cheaper, feasible and more desirable.

Once again the team has turned against him because of his outdated/small team tactics. It happened at Madrid and it happens at Chelsea once more. It wasn't the case at Internazionale because all those players were all aproaching/well in their 30s and didn't care about the tactics, nor the evolution as a player - they wanted to win something and they wanted it fast as they were approaching the end of their carreers. But it is different when you have young, technically gifted players that want to evolve and prove themselves. They want free flowing football and if you make them play the way Stoke does, eventually you will pay the price.

We're 15th in the table - playing atrocious football
The January transfer thread is hilarious - what player in their right fucking mind would come here with no CL football and to play for a team as shit as ours currently is.
The manager is losing the plot every 5 minutes
People need to wake up and smell the coffee - all this romantic bollocks that Jose is one of us blah blah is reserved exclusively for children's magazines - it counts for fuck all on the pitch
His refusal to integrate youth is yet another continual problem.
You might all be happy to sit around whilsy this guy destroys our club - because he's the special one - but I'm not - I want him gone now and literally any half decent manager to come in and take over as an interim
I don't give a fuck if it costs £30 million to kick him out - that's cheap compared to the long term damage
History has happened - he did well - but football is volatile like the stock market - past performance is no indication of future performance and he has run his course.
We are an absolute laughing stock
