The only way tickets could be sold legally here, would be if TalkChelsea had someone to middleman the transaction.. Eg: Seller sends ticket to the TC Middleman, they write the owner of the ticket there. Buyer pays the middleman with a small charge for the service, TalkChelsea send the ticket to the buyer and sends the money to the seller.
