  1. I know that. I was making the remark that he'll complain about something against Villa and they'll ban him as soon as they can.
  2. Roman and the board are different these days, and have not only talked it, but shown it. I, for one, am just looking forward to getting back to Premier League action. A shit Chelsea match is still better than great international matches. Drink up and enjoy the match with your mates, because that's what following the league is all about.
  3. At least they won't embarrass themselves like in 2012
  4. I love the new Spain shirt. I would love to see this for us in blue, with a white collar and stripes and the red/white at the end of the sleeves that we currently have.
  5. Yet those who don't know Mourinho, or even any player he's managed, seem convinced he's lost the dressing room and needs to go.
  6. No it's not. You can't make a comment about something you don't know, without a caveat.
  7. Are you at Cobham every day? Do you know what training sessions he runs?
  8. So MLS then? Live it up in the United States and dominate a league with a team full of players that would worship the chair he sits in?
  9. "After defeats, there's a strange atmosphere in the dressing room," he said. "There's complete silence -- no one opens their mouth. Mourinho has taught us to hate defeat. We're steeped in that culture so it's hard for us." Someone needs to speak up and be a leader in the dressing room.
  10. These aren't mine. They're experimental361, but here's the defensive chart from last season. Please. Hold your tears back Also, here's the attacking chart from last season: Compared with this season
  11. A visualization of how horrible the defense is.
  12. Where's the source...or even a quote?

  14. It's not "player power" in the sense that they're running the dressing room. It takes players with "a pair" to do that. What the quote means is that, by blaming Jose, you're ignoring the fact that the players deserve blame in all of this as well.
  15. Again, it's not blame the players or blame the manager. There's plenty of blame to go around. Still, Mourinho can't put the ball into the net. He can't keep the ball out of our net. That's up to the players and they're not doing their job.
  16. I don't know if you're saying he blames Ancelotti or not, because I haven't seen him say that (but I haven't been following your conversation). He doesn't say Mourinho isn't to blame. He says the players deserve more blame. There's a difference. It's not black and white.
  17. That's not what he's saying at all. He's saying that the manager sets up everything, but it's up to the players to perform during the 90 minutes.
  18. Overall, yes, there are much larger issues. Can someone like RLC come in, make a difference for a match and provide a small confidence boost? That's what everyone is hoping.
  19. As bad as Villa is, it's hard to say with any certainty that we'll win. Begovic Azpilicueta-Zouma-Cahill-Baba RLC-Mikel Willian-Oscar-Hazard Costa But really Begovic Ivanovic-Zouma-Cahill-Azpilicueta RLC-Matic Pedro-Fabregas-Hazard Costa
  20. Jose has stuck to his philosophy, because he's always enjoyed success. That type of managing has nearly always brought him success. I think this is giving him a wake up call, and he won't want to let this be his lasting legacy at Chelsea. His ego may be the thing that changes his philosophy.
  21. He is to blame, but the players are the ones that are playing horribly on the pitch. Mourinho can't run out and play himself. Once the lineup is set and the game starts, it's on the players to do their job, and they're not doing it.
  22. There's hardly enough players to bench nearly the whole starting lineup.
