I agree with a lot of it. I'm a big proponent of free speech, but our free speech rights are covered by law, not by public opinion. IMO, Milo got what he deserved, because he was intentionally inflammatory towards people. If you want someone to hear your side, you don't do it by pissing them off and offending them. If I want to convince a religious person of my belief, I don't make offensive jokes about their religion and berate them about their beliefs. The fact that people hold Milo up as some martyr for free speech tells me that they don't want to have a real conversation. They just want to shout until their "side" is the winner. The same goes for the protesters who turn violent, as I've said previously.

I'll have to watch that tomorrow. I just read that Arizona's House killed a bill that would allow for a protest organizer to be prosecuted for racketeering if the protest turned violent. That it was even proposed is a disgrace and that it passed in the senate is deeply troubling.
