It's quite worrying how afraid this guy seems to be when he comes on the pitch. He's played in a world cup, he's scored a penalty in the world cup. He was actually quite good in the world cup. He must have a 0% dribble success rate and 100% fear. I really hope he somehow becomes decent. His form is asking too much of the other players as he's not relieving them. Wake up Juan!

Some fans just don't understand football. Fans like this guy are an embarrassment to the clubs name. He won us everything. You don't just forget that because he's at a rival team for 1 season. He deserved that ovation and some.
-
Yeah well we do have plenty of shit fans. The proper fans stayed behind and gave him a standing ovation. The shit ones booed and went home.
-
Arsenal haven't even looked good, Villa just shoot themselves in the foot time after time. Hopeless team, absolutely awful, terrible side.
-
It's called respecting a legend. People like you have absolutely no idea. It's horrible that he's there but he did so much for us that it shouldn't matter. We let him go, it's football. He didn't leave us for them, he was given the opportunity and he took it like many would. Nobody can question his love for Chelsea. The fans are simply appreciating what he did in his 13 years here. What's wrong with that?
-
Now that would be horrible.
-
They're currently rock bottom of the Bundesliga so the departure is certain. That front 5 would be deadly.

We need a RW because so far we've only had LW's who are trying to be converted to RW because Hazard is too good. Cuadrado is a RW and hopefully he's going to provide a threat on that side like Willian and Schurrle didn't. Willian works hard and does a lot of running but he has no final ball, scores very rarely and assists are few and far between too. Cuadrado is lightning quick, has a hammer of a strike on him too and i believe as he's used to being on that side, he'll be a great signing and will make us better. Especially for this final push.
-
Sorry.... Behind whoever plays up front lol.
-
It's done. He'll now never play against us again and if he wins the league, it won't be really down to him, mainly down to us losing and not offering him the extension. It's ours to lose.
-
I'm not sure if he reminds me of Gallas or Desailly, maybe a bit of both. But it's very much like the Rafael Varane situation with Jose and Cahill will now do well to bet back in the team. There's real flexibility now there as JT can be rested and Ivan could go there too. Our defence is looking strong.

We need to keep our heads in this game because they will play for a 0-0 like they always do against us and we need to just be patient. Last season we got very hard done by with the Matic disallowed goal and the red card and everything just seemed to go against us. Then we lost our heads and lost the game. Aston Villa are an awful side at present and if we can get an early goal, we could have a fruitful afternoon but it's all about breaking through for the first goal. They always seem to get something against us there so we need to be careful. i can see a late 1-0 win in a very frustrating game. Be cood to see Cuadrado start and maybe Hazard going behind Costa.
-
We won the ball back so fuck the throw. All in all, we played to keep the 5 point gap in the 2nd half and that's what we got. Now the 2 games against them are over, we can really go for it now.

£20m is that all? That's crazy. He's a fantastic player worth double that. I'd be gutted if Arsenal get him.

No matter what happens today, Frank Lampard is a true genuine Chelsea great and I still regret what I said after he scored against us earlier in the season. He was here when we were average and he's been responsible for all of our success on the pitch. A true great, a gentleman, a legend and a true blue no matter what. Indeed. It's Chelsea vs Man City at the end of the day and Lamps is the enemy for 90 minutes but the people who now hate him, call him a judas and boo him disgust me. I'm not happy he's there but he did too much for us to question his loyalty and his love for the club. It's an emotional day for him and he deserves the reception of all receptions whether he plays for Man City or New York City. Lets just hope he injures himself in the warm up. I just can't wait for the game to end and that's when he can receive our love regardless of how the game pans out. We're still top.

I'm not angry about being knocked out of the FA Cup. I'm angry that we have a fantastic youth team that has dominated for nearly a fucking decade and it's being overlooked for shit like Mikel, Salah and a hell of a lot of players that are getting paid way too much who do not understand the FA Cup and English football on a cold awkward night. We struggles enough against Shrewsbury. We have a great first team that cannot play 70 games a season. The fringe / squad players are not good enough. Who can come off the bench and change a game? Schurrle can to some degree but who else? We were shit against Bolton, the first half against Watford was shameful, Shrewsbury was poor and now been battered by Bradford? How much is this squad worth? It's disgusting! I love the FA Cup and i'm so glad for the Bradford fans and their manager and owner but this shouldn't happen to us at home. I'm embarrassed.

I'd love to see Jose's press conference. We usually try and play for everything and maybe..... with City being out of everything, this could be a good thing. I only wanted the league this year, this makes it more possible. We'll get a week off as opposed to 3 days when the UCL is back. This could be a good thing.
-
the 4-2-3-1 is the new 4-4-2 if you look closely at it and we'll ever only use that or 4-3-3. Changing things so drastically just confuses players like how Man City used to try it. Man Utd players seem to hate their 3-5-2 too. That formation (if you're actually serious) has no width. We'd get torn to pieces.
-
He had a great season last year and a very good world cup. He does like to feign injury a bit and go down like he's been shot but he's a fantastic player and the type we're desperate for. We don't have a single natural right sided midfielder in the squad who can change a game and we need one badly. I think it's a summer job though, no way we'll be doing it now. Will happen in the summer i'm sure.
-
Can't see this being much of a struggle nor breathtaking. it'll be like Watford - slow, energy conserving, boring, un-motivational and pretty shit until the first goal. As soon as we score, it's game over. I'm not too fussed about a stream, we're on enough in truth. it'll probably be 3-0, not many more than that. I'm sure there's something more exciting to watch. 3 home games in a row to come, all massive so its a huge 3 days. Let's start today as we mean to go on.

Turkish Airlines rumoured to replace Samsung
Ollie replied to Waterfall's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
I finally got the SAMSUNG Chelsea shirts that i thought i could wear for years and now we change fucking sponsor. I think i'm gonna stop buying shirts and just find a few good casual t-shirts. -
I said a lot of stuff about Costa on here and on Facebook prior to his arrival and i meant every word. The difference is that now i appreciate what he gives a team and to have a player like him playing FOR YOU is a lot different to if he was against you. I love the guy.
-
I think this should've happened ages ago. Absolute no brainer. Hope he makes Liverpool pay (assuming this happens) like Ba made Stoke pay for Newcastle that time.
-
He'll probably fail the medical .... But for what it seems, at least the pain is over. Remy in, Torres out. Major improvement.
