  1. an hour to go until kick off, I am stupidly nervous now
  2. Lee Evans and Tim Vine... enough said http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLd5gC84IBY
  3. Looked at the back of the Sun at the corner shop, while buying wine for my dad. Headline says something about Fergie wanting Benitez to do him a favour tomorrow, showing a smug Fergie face. Seriously, I wanna punch that red nose twat!
  4. Nah I might be going to the pub to watch the game and there will be loads of Chelsea fans so gotta get them in the mood right?
  5. Haha, I agree Alex! Barcelona have their strike force already...... Messi any Arsenal fan will tell you that
  6. Well if for any reason we couldn't get Aguero, neither would I, but you just wish he was 10 years younger with the scoring ability he has to offer.
  7. It's important that Joe stays at Chelsea for the benefit of our English contingent, and also, loyalty gets the best out of players and Joe is very loyal to us I think. If it's money that sends him away this summer I'll be hugely disappointed. It'll be a huge gap to fill IMhO.
  8. I shall be singing this tomorrow.... #Fuck Off, Fuck Off With your hope, up your arse and you'll always walk alone YOU'LL ALWAYS WALK ALONE!! :eyebrows:
  9. I hope to god this isn't true! He'll be yet another player joining the 30s club and we're not supposed to be going for players like that. Real can have him. There are better players out there!
  10. Agreed! Furthermore, we're more of an attacking side without Mikel in the midfield
  11. this is a bit late, but welcome to the forums mate
  12. I noticed someone has voted for "neither". I hate to pick people out, but since I have no idea I'm intruiged to know who it was
  13. It only feels like yesterday! Hope we can seal another league title on Sunday against Liverpool :blue scalf: *hoping!*
  14. I definitely agree with this. Was it Luis Scolari who managed us in that 2-0 defeat to Liverpool in the league at Anfield. Wasn't he a poor manager?? We definitely responded well to losing to Spurs by beating Stoke by 7 goals, it gives us the belief that we can turn over a Liverpool side who had to go through extra time last night to try to get to the Europa League final, which they didn't, so heads will be down, unless they are battling for fourth, which I don't really see them getting in all honesty, but that's only if Spurs can beat Manchester City and all but cement it. At the end of the day, we know what we need to do. Get 2 more wins, and once we do that, who gives a fuck what Red Nose Fergie's side does, we'll have won the league :blue scalf: Two things... 1) Arsenal have beaten them at Anfield, they were probably in their bad patch at the time but from that it shows that a team like us can go out and win there. 2) Man United until they played us only lost once to Villa at Old Trafford in the league, and we beat them 2-1 anything is possible!
  15. I've seen worser away kits than that, like the flourescent yellow "steward" kit!
  16. The rumour-mill suggests that Ron Gourlay is in Madrid this week doing business. It also suggests that his target isn't Sergio Aguero. Tonight, as the Europa League reaches a crucial stage, we get to witness the talent that is Aguero as his Atletico Madrid side tussle with Liverpool for a place in the final. Obviously, after linking himself to Chelsea with some quotes about the stars already at Stamford Bridge, the media were going to question the young Argentine striker about a possible move to England. Apparently, Sergio Aguero was giving nothing away, replying, "The day before an important semi-final isn`t the right time to talk about my future." "From now until June I am concentrating on games and doing my best for Atletico." "At the end of the season we`ll perhaps sit down with the club and decide on a course of action which suits us both." ------------------------------------------------ Source:- Chelsea @ vitalfootball ------------------------------------------------
  17. bienvenidos Daniela! hope you stick around
  18. We will be wearing the new 2010/11 home kit for the FA Cup Final against Portsmouth at Wembley on May 15. It is the first time we will sport the new kit in a match, and Cup Final shirts are available to pre-order at www.chelseafc.com/megastore with the shirts also available to buy at the Stamford Bridge megastore from next Thursday, May 6. Pompey will be in their change colours after we won the toss of a coin, the opposite situation to last season when we were forced to wear yellow in our 2-1 victory against Everton. ---------------------------------------------- Source:- Official Chelsea Website ---------------------------------------------- I honestly thought we were going to wear it in the Wigan game.
  19. Let's hope the FA Cup final doesn't go down to penalties then!
  20. Looking at those results Stuart, it will perplex me that we would have done the double over both Arsenal AND Man United and still not win the league. I hope it doesn't happen but it's just a thought.
  21. The only reason I can think of that Liverpool would want to lose against us is because doing so would prevent United from overtaking them in the number of League titles. Liverpool have 18 at the moment, but United can surpass them with 19 if they beat us to the league.
  22. If we lose this game against Liverpool, we might as well start polishing it for Ferguson again. We HAVE to win this. Then a win at home against a team who have already beaten us 3-1 this season Wigan shouldn't be a problem.... Would it?
  23. Kalou definitely! He played brilliantly and deserved his hattrick!
  24. definitely Sergio Aguero! He wants to come, so that tells you something there.
  25. Just read in the BBC rumors that Man United are preparing a £35 million bid for Aguero. From caughtoffside.con they can seriously fuck off!!
